Didn’t bother us in the slightest but it’s loud downstairs until around 1:30am so worth bearing in mind if you’re after a quiet night! Room was on the small side but pretty standard for central London and it has everything you need, plus the added extra of outdoor space which is rare and was a nice bonus.

Staff were all wonderful! Such a warm welcome and everyone remembers your name which is a lovely touch. Excellent facilities, great location and a really lovely room with a shared outdoor terrace space.

The Mandrake staff were friendly and made a special effort. We loved the decor - it's really unique. The location is exceptional - you really can't be more central, and yet the surroundings are quiet and calm. We loved our stay.

The only things were the fridge in the room buzzed a lot continuously and there were two hairs on our bathroom toilet floor.

We adored this hotel - the first hotel where we've slept well due to the lack of noise and the bed being so comfortable. It was fantastic and would return. Loved that it was so exclusive and private.

An amazing experience for my husbands 40th Birthday they left a bottle of espresso Martini and a card. We ate in the Jurema Terrace which was beautiful, Adrian offered fantastic service even included a complimentary cake with a candle at the end. We decided to return to the hotel suite at 11pm the room was really cold and it appeared that the heating had locked. Jay was amazing he accepted it would be inconvenient to pack our things up but said it would be worth it as he would upgrade us. The new room was incredible. Breakfast was tasty and again great service too.. I can honestly say the entire experience from start to finish was perfect.

They messed up the bill at the end of our stay which resulted in a phone call once we were home and was a dampener on the weekend.

Beautiful hotel with an amazing terrace right in the heart of the shopping district. The location was perfect and everything was walking distance. The staff were exceptionally friendly and made our stay feel like home.

Sadly there was no milk in our bedroom for coffee in the morning. Whilst this was a minor issue, we do like a coffee with milk and to only find out when we woke up in the morning was frustrating. We went to the Waeska bar for drinks in the evening but the waitress was really slow and we had to wait almost 15mins for drinks to arrive and it wasn't busy.

We received an upgrade to a suite which was beautiful. The beds were very comfortable and the suite luxurious and very clean. Breakfast was also wonderful and the staff were really helpful and friendly. They ordered us a taxi to take us to the theatre.

The lack of different drinks in the bar and the cost of them, £20 for a small cocktail, and the cost of breakfast in comparison to what you get originally £30 per person. We got it at £25 per person.

Lovely small boutique hotel right off Oxford Street, great vibe, very nice bathroom. Beautiful decor.

The staff in the restaurant were not very friendly.

The property is extraordinary, it is really incredible. Very green, you’d never know you were in central london and very exciting with all sorts of madness in every corner.

Just amazing! The staff and manager were amazing, they went above and beyond for my birthday. The hotel was exquisitely designed and just stunning. The restaurant and bar were amazing and the room so comfortable. The location was great too. Would highly recommend and will stay here next time i’m in London
