Just a tiny tiny niggle - my husband requested 2 morning papers but only got one.

Amazing location. Great customer service. The most spacious hotel bathroom that we’ve encountered in London. Not to mention the flatscreen tv in the bath! And the gym needs special mention for terrific equipment and amenities (frozen towels, fresh fruit, water bottles etc). I was feeling under the weather during our stay and the lovely front desk staff sent up a much needed pot of ginger tea with honey. Highly recommend.

Shower in room was fluctuating on temperature on the first day but got fixed soon after I got it to the attention of the staff. Noisy bathroom equipment especially the commode that was Japanese style and automated, made too much noise.

Ideal location, discreet entrance, easy access to room. Spacious room and simple furniture elegantly placed. Staff was outstanding and breakfast was nice.

We paid for an upgrade for an extra bed but the size of the room was pretty much the same if not smaller so that was confusing.

The hotel was a positive shock to me because of my experience with London hotels. The hotel was very great and one of the most beautiful hotels in the world in terms of the wonderful reception, especially from the reception staff, Bruno, who served me in solving my problem with the airline. The hotel features modern furniture and a very high-end room service in which the room is cleaned more than once a day and providing bottles of water, several coffee and bathroom supplies more than once a day. Also, the location of the hotel is so close to important streets in London that you can go to any location by walking without the need of transportation.

Room was quite small, having kimonos in the room was a funny touch, but not useful. Generally, the Japanese theme didn't convince me. I knew the hotel before and it was just as nice.

Beautiful hotel in a wonderful central location in London, public transportation (underground / bus) pretty easy to reach. Rooms are very clean, spacious enough and pretty cozy. High quality breakfast (sweet and salty). The staff (Clarissa, Manal, Adri, Joy, Adrian, George..) were extremely helpful and kind. Recommended

The bathroom grouting in between the tiles need a proper touch up. A small thing only noticeable if you are having a soak in the tub.

Outstanding vibe, ambience, customer service, and attention to detail in the bedroom and little housekeeping extras were a delight.
