There are no windows in rooms 101 & 102 (been in both). Would suggest fans available as when warm no windows to open or air conditioning to cool rooms down

Road traffic until about 22.40 and bar customers quite audible. Overall, these were minor inconveniences. I fully intend to stay there again in the future.

Friendly staff. Comfortable bed and very good facilities. Lovely cooked breakfast with vegetarian option. Conveniently positioned at a 5-minute drive from the M1, but sufficiently far away not to hear it.

My room was right above the kitchen extractor fan, which was noisy but was switched off at 9pm.

The Reubens was excellent value very very Clean,helpful staff very friendly and welcoming nothing to much trouble food was top notch really good sized portions, Breakfast was also delicious piping hot and plenty of it.

We had a king room, but I thought it was still a little tight for 2 people. Adequate, but not spacious.

Breakfast was excellent, as was dinner. Very well looked after, and cost effective too.

Everything was lovely

Breakfast was really good, all fresh and piping hot. Really good eggs, must be local free range chickens as they were really orange yolks, really good! Staff were incredibly helpful, very welcoming, all friendly and lovely.

Our room was very small with barely any space to get round the bed. Bed was very soft with a strange bit that stuck out (think it was the handles on the side of the mattress). No bedside cabinet on one side of the bed but we used the chair as we had to move it out the way to enable us to find space to put the case. No fridge or safe in the room, could hear TV in room next door which was annoying,

The staff were lovely, the choice of gin was impressive, the food menu in the pub was good. Breakfast was hot and served quickly. Large free car park.

It's not soundproof, as I could hear people next door in the bathroom, and the fans are quite noisy but obviously needed.

It's quite far out of any town if that's what you're after.

The venue is grea, recently refurbished, great shower, clean and tidy, comfy bed, not noisy because of the bar. Tea and coffee stuff, iron and board and a hairdryer. Excellent staff and the food was amazing. Not far off the A1 but not a lot in the local area, car is a must.

A liitle noisy in the bar area that you could hear in the bedroom, but either it didnt go on to unacceprable hours or I was just so comfy and went to sleep anyway.

The welcome on Reception was excellent, very friendly and welcoming. Food was good, the staff in the bar & restaurant were all excellent, the room was good and the shower superb. The bed was lovely, king size and very comfortable ensuring a good nights sleep.

Perrrrrrfect!

It's our second stay as visiting my daughter who is stationed at near by RAF camp. Have looked at other hotels, but will always make it our first choice. Breakfast excellent along with the staff
