Outstanding, beautiful decor as had a new refurb in July 2023. Staff, atmosphere and vibe 10/10 food excellent value for money. All in all an amazing place to stay.

We sat on a smaller than expected table and asked if we could have a bigger one as there was not enough room for all our food, drinks. decorations, etc. As it was Christmas lunch... however They were fully booked , etreamly busy, and understood our concerns. They said they would do their best to sort out a bigger table, Within 30 minutes, they couldn't move us ,but it was changed for a slightly bigger table. They were really apologetic and wanted to ensure that the service ran smoothly... and it really did. Thank you

Stunning location, beautiful venue for Christmas lunch. The food was delicious and the service was exemparly. Boxing day breakfast was beautiful, and the selection was fantastic. The hot breakfast was cooked to order, with a very satisfied (sausage snob) man. We loved spending Christmas n Boxing day here. The staff were fantastic, nothing was too much trouble. Friendly, polite, and attentive.

We stayed in a beautifully decorated and comfortable Double Room with Sea View, with a huge modern bathroom and a great view over the Bristol Channel. Good on-site restaurant for dinner. We didn't have breakfast but snacked on a croissant and coffee in the bar / lounge area after checking out. Highly recommended!

Rooms were a bit chilly (this was in December). My door didn't lock automatically, which was a bit inconvenient. My colleagues door did lock just fine.

I thought it was wonderfull. Great location right on the coast, nice old building but very modern inside. The staff were excellent, good atmosphere. The room was large and extreamly comfortable, great bathroom and nice litte touches, chocolate on the bed and as someone who likes a coffee before bed and Tea first thing in the morning it was great to see there was a miniture milk churn beside the kettle and you could get fresh milk in this each day...a very nice touch which i have not seen before. I have strongly recomend this Hotel to friends.

Beautiful property. Room was perfect for family stay. So comfortable and everything you needed. Walking distance to marina that had co-op and cafe/places to eat. Lovely staff!

Can't think of anything that we didn't like, so if I had to make one comment, it would be that the carpark is a little small so can be tricky to find a space if you return in the evening as the pub gets very busy with people eating there. Perhaps some spaces could be reserved for staying guests?

Fantastic hotel with great staff. The hotel has been refurbished to a very high standard, room was amazing with a brilliant shower and lovey decor. Great choice for breakfast & we also had an evening meal one night, which again was delicious & great value for money. Highly recommend this hotel if you're looking to stay in Bristol area.

You had self-service tea and coffee from a pot. It would have been better to be served this freshly made from the waiter/waitress, along with cooked breakfast order.

Pillows a bit solid. Breakfast coffee rather tasteless and weak.

Breakfast was good for the price. Coffee was a little weak. We would like a later Breakfast but not on business trip. The coffee/ teas etc in the room were a good selection. Nice furnishings. Comfy bed. Very nice evening meal.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. The minute you walk in you are greeted with a smile. It is spotlessly clean, very nicely furnished and very comfortable. Food was excellent.

Everything was perfect. But the nearest bus station is 15 mins away and the hotel is 40 mins away from the center.

The location is amazing. Everything was perfect regarding the hospitality. Kaman, the hotel manager was very very decent and elegant and helped and served us by himself. The other staff was very nice at the reception as well. Very clean and it was the most wonderful stay in UK. Highly recommended.
