The only downside with the location was that there was quite a lot of street noise from people out having fun into the small hours of the morning.

Lovely spacious apartment in a central location with parking. Perfect for visiting Nottingham city centre with everything within walking distance. The apartment was clean and very well equipped, and it was a very nice touch to have milk, teas, coffee and water left for us.

I think the deposit is a little bit high, so I was quite worried in the beginning. But anyway, it was returned quickly as well, so it should be fine.

Everything is so good. The location, the facilities, the cleaness and the clear information they provide for check in are all well. I will definitely recommend this.

We stayed on L3 and there was no lift. Quite a struggle with heavy luggage.

Only problem was street noise Friday and Saturday, but ear plugs provided so slept well!

Excellent location, stayed three nights but never needed to walk far to so many attractions and never saw them all. Stayed at another Stay Co property in Derby, this one was just as good, clean, comfortable, good shower, toiletries, tea, coffee and breakfast provided. Safe secure parking easy access to building. Excellent value

Was a little noisy with the bars right outside, but that is just the location. Also, it is all stairs, no issue for me, but my old dad would have struggled.

Brilliant location, right next to the tram stop so I could easily get to work and around town. Right in the centre of the city. Access was really easy, you are asked to pay a deposit. But it is okay as the property was spotless and very very well presented. Great value for money, and as they described, it was a home away from home. I will definitely use here again and this was my second time.

Never stayed in an apartment for a weekend break, and I can't fault anything from start to finish. Communication was great, all my questions answered, directions, info etc, brilliant and the apartment was spotless and spacious. Nice touches with milk, cereals, etc. Highly recommend 👌

I stayed in apartment 14, which was on the 3rd floor, six flights of stairs to climb . No lift. Also you can only watch TV in the kitchen area with the sofa in. Can't watch TV from bed

Not a problem for me but no lift could be an issue for some people. Also would have loved to have a tiny bit of washing powder to use the machine, just like the dishwasher tablets. Not a complaint, just a suggestion.

Location was amazing, and because its a few floors up you can't hear people on the streets at night time. Airport bus drops you right outside. Clean and had little freebies, soaps and breakfast bits which we weren't expecting. Also a dishwasher tablet. Will definitely be staying here again on our next visit.

Very little. Bathroom was slightly on the smaller than expected side, but the shower area was big. Minor issue with key fob but had a work around so impact was very minimal and staff did all they could to rectify during the time I stayed.

Incredible location right in the middle of the City Centre (so expect some external noise, especially Fri and Sat nights from bars), well equipped and maintained appliances, comfortable bed, basic tea/coffee/cereal/milk provided. Instructions clear. Responsive customer service. Deposit was returned next working day.
