Lovely room, very clean. Nice comfortable bed with air conditioning above. Bathroom was immaculate. Tea and coffee facilities with a good selection to choose from as well as a mini fridge with water. Very easy to check in, everything was great and the hosts are very attentive, would recommend to anyone.

The blinds are damaged which host is aware and will fix them asap. The blinds were damaged by previous patrons. This shows the host will act accordingly to rectify the issue asap.

Cozy, spacious and lovely home located within walking distance to amenities and shops. Host is absolutely customer centric went above and beyond to ensure our stay would be comfortable. Highly recommend this place to other travellers.

Not a single complaint. Everything was done to a high standard.

Lovely room in a good area only a short walk away from the centre. The bed was really comfortable, air conditioning was amazing as it was warm during our stay and we felt safe, comfortable and looked after the entire stay. Parking was easy and the staff were always available and attentive when we needed them. Couldn't recommend more.

The room was very bright from early, I think it needs blinds against the window to make it darker. TV was a little slow to use, it was really loud when we turned on and we felt bad disturbing other guests as it takes a minute or so to work to turn it down. The check-in was a little confusing as our key card didn't work initially, but this was rectified quickly.

Nice modern room around 15-20 minutes walk from the city center, accessible by bus or walking. The room was modern, very clean and the bed was really comfy. The shower was nice, there was a fridge and coffee machine with plenty of hot drink options. The decor was modern and simplistic, it was a bright spacious room with good storage available. The air con was useful to keep cool. Large TV with netflix. We enjoyed a short overnight stay. We were able to leave our bags ahead of check-in. We didn't meet anyone but the staff seemed friendly via text.

Smaller room was a bit cool in the beginning, but then it got warmer. I would recommend to share your requirements a bit in advance with very supportive host. The host could not provide second blanket for the kids since we asked too late - already was after 8pm when we realized that we need a second one.

Very conveniently located in quiet zone yet close to old city, the family apartment provides everything as per description. It has clean bathroom, and two separate rooms.

If I had just one piece of constructive feedback, I’d find a small unit under the tv useful as additional storage space but that’s been really picky.

Excellent location - just a ten minute walk into central York. The check in and parking was extremely easy with very clear instructions sent in advance. The room was really well appointed with everything we needed and again, excellent instructions for everything. Really comfy bed, easy to control temperature, Netflix and a wonderful hot, powerful shower. Great communication from the owners at all times.

The bathroom sink is a little awkward to use. Not ideal if you like to wash your face in the sink. But apart from that lovely room.

A charming private residence with cozy rooms and a lovely bathroom. The bed was comfortable, and the ample driveway made parking convenient. Just a short 20-minute walk to the city centre, making it a perfect base for exploring. Highly recommended for a comfortable and convenient stay!

We had a problem with the key pad when returning after an evening out, as it seemed the battery was running out. The other problem was the loud music and noise coming from another room in the property, which didn’t stop until after midnight.

The room was cosy and warm. The property was on a quiet street and an easy walk to the city centre.

Sofa bed very hard and uncomfortable. Only blinds in 1 room , no curtains and unfortunately no pole to alter blinds , privacy poor and very light in the morning , but in a positive when mentioned they said they would look into it, could not fault communication and helpfulness

Very comfortable room, nice beds, very tidy and clean. They also were forthcoming im terms of our EV charging situation. Water boiler allowed us to make some late night tea as well. So in total I would definitely stay here again.

The towels- they felt rough and overused but this is just a personal thing for me.
