The doors were a bit noisy when shutting.

Hotel was in an excellent location for Abba Voyage, beautiful rooms , with plenty of space, only downside was there wasn't a bath, which would have been nice after dancing the night away. Very comfortable beds, had an excellent night's sleep. Breakfast was excellent, self service, with lots to choose from. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Would definitely stay again.

They desperately need to update their tech, including the Wi-Fi and the television/entertainment The Wi-Fi was particularly troublesome, although the staff made every effort to fix it. It was difficult to work from this location. Television/Entertainment is extremely basic and archaic at any price.

The best thing about the hotel was the staff. Probably the nicest most helpful staff I’ve encountered in a very long time. Breakfast on offer is very good for the price in a very nice setting

Window in room was permanantly closed . The hotel requires signature on an affidavate before allowing the maintenance staff to open it, and then it remains permanently open!

The room was on the small side, but we managed for 1 night. There was a cycle event taking place on the Sunday, which we knew nothing about as we are not from the area. This meant we could not leave Stratford by car. While it's not any fault of the hotel, it transpired to be a huge event, the staff knew nothing about any finish times when we enquired, and there was nothing to advise that there was an event on during check-in. Info would have been useful to adjust plans accordingly.

The location was brilliant for visiting Abba Voyage and the rooms were clean and well presented.

Upgraded to a suite with the expectation that the lounge would offer something i.e. drinks or snacks, but in actual fact it was just a seating area with a TV which we didn’t use. Half eaten cake in our fridge, which I think had been left behind by previous guests!

Room seemed to be designed for someone in a wheelchair. Bathroom set up as such. Lampshade in ceiling far too low for someone who is 6ft 4 - kept hitting my head on it. Also shower head at full height was below my chin. Second time I’ve had a room like this through Booking.com - maybe it’s a sign

Didn’t have a choice on the menu for lunch when we arrived - only pizza, but I have to say they were good!

Our room was up two winding stairs. No lift. We were told it was an upgrade but I’m not sure as the room was quite tired and in need of decoration the bathroom was small. My partner is not large in size but had trouble moving around in it. The view from the window was a side view of a building and the sitting area of a pub. On the plus side the room was a nice size, a comfy bed and a large TV

The property was close to the ABBA venue which was the reason why I booked it.
