We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Breakfast was great. Set us up for the day. Orange juice and coffee supplied too. Host was very welcoming. I travel to the area at least once a year.....guess where we will be stopping next time !

Very friendly welcome from the owners . Michelle & Pedro very helpful with our party from the moment we arrived to the minute we left. Loved the bar area very nice and the rooms were nice and clean. Breakfast was good and choice was good ,made what you wanted no fuss .

United KingdomConsidering these are pub rooms they are very overpriced at £117 for 1 night (dont know if it was inflated for bank holiday or this is their usual rate). Bathroom was tiny, very compact sink. No worktop space to put anything out in bathroom. No shower gel - even basic hotels provide this so no idea how this has the rating it has. Macerator system was very noisy. No double glazing. Room was road facing and road noise was very noticeable. No private parking - car park 2 mins walk away and was very cheap so convenient but my preference is to park on site, especially on a long journey with a full boot. Theyve obviously put some thought into the decor because it was nicely presented but the other issues made for a disappointing stay where I felt Id paid way over the odds and was glad Id only booked 1 night. This was 3 star at absolute most, and still less comfortable than a national chain that charges less.
Nice decor, fairly large room. Staff member who greeted us on arrival was really friendly. Location was on main drag in Bedale so 7/11s, choice of pubs and restaurants on doorstep.
