Surrounded by cars using rental parking spaces and no outdoor sitting chairs available on patio. Grout on both bathroom floors applied in very messy manner in a home otherwise shining in appearance. Information book did not cover how to operate washer/dryer.

What a beautiful apartment. Everything was to the highest standard and the location was perfect. If we go to York again we would book back into the workshop. The beds were comfortable and it felt like a 5 star 🌟 apartment very luxurious

Nothing really. The property is advertised as not having parking whereas in fact parking is available. If for some reason it is not then there is a carpark literally a few meters away which is fine.

Everything! The location is just superb for reaching the centre of York. The property has everything in it to make for a comfortable stay. It is furnished to a high standard and well maintained. The kitchen is great with all the appliances, crockery and cutlery you could wish for.

Absolutely amazing stay!! The location is great, only a short walk to the centre and the railway station. The apartment is amazing, it has everything you need and more!! The attention to detail and the quality of the furnishings and the comfort was just what we needed. I stayed with my 2 daughters for a relaxing couple of days and we were all extremely impressed!!. Will definitely stay again and recommend. 10/10

My only niggles were paying extra for parking (as the parking space was part of the property) and the artificial flowers (which is just personal preference).

I love how cosy and inviting it is the second you walk in. I’ve stayed at the workshop a couple times with my mum, and each time it has never disappointed! The staff are friendly, accommodating, easy to contact and extremely helpful. The location is the perfect distance from the cathedral and the rest of the city centre.

For the price could have had a couple of basics like fresh milk as there is a coffee machine (some of the long life milk put out on our stay was out of date) and couple of bottles of water. Parking was added on and a little pricy!

Great location, immaculately clean, good quality furnishings - really cosy feel!! Overall we really enjoyed our stay!

Luxury property . Very modern. Great location near Museum Gardens, York station and the river. Liked the two bathrooms and bedrooms with comfy beds and quality bed linen. Friendly helpful hosts.
