The Roseate staff were warm and attentive. We received an upgraded room, which was spacious and extremely comfortable, included a sitting room and balcony. Added extras like a cool juice drink on arrival and fresh fruit in the room were welcome. The powder room was separate from the bathroom. Just a short walk from Paddington Station and Hyde Park, the hotel's location is excellent. We would return in a heartbeat.

The customer service was not up to the standard we expected for this level of hotel. We phoned reception to ask for more tea bags and milk to be brought to our room. Nothing happened. We waited 1.5 hours and then went downstairs ourselves.

The hotel is beautiful and we appreciated the upgrade to a suite. The location is marvellous and the outlook leafy green.

The entrance up steps is not great if you have a lot of luggage, but staff on hand to bring luggage in to hotel and lift available once inside.

Great location for Paddington Station and Heathrow Express. Staff were all very attentive. Good food.

There was nothing we didn't like. If I was being very picky I found the bath slightly difficult to exit given the the fixed shower screen.

We stayed in balcony room overlooking street which was lovely and where, because of some outstanding weather, we could enjoy afternoon tea.. We had dinner one evening and full breakfast daily - all the food was excellent although I felt dinner slightly overpriced. Found all service from reception onwards excellent including our departure where we had a number of pieces and were assisted by a very nice doorman [name unfortunately not obtained].

The staff were extremely helpful and very friendly. The room was spacious, well-appointed and clean, and the bed very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent and the location, in a quiet street a short stroll from Paddington Station, was very convenient for transport, shops and restaurants.

Maybe the executive room would of been better with a proper windows to look out of rather than a louvre window , as felt more shut in It was still lovely though

The rooms can be more soundproof. Was awoken both mornings around 7 by the sound of water running next door. Could clearly hear conversations from other rooms. Other than that, all was swell.

The quality of the room, amenities and excellent professionalism from staff. It was the best hotel experience I had in a while. Good to see hotels still providing quality a stay.

The staff were okay, and professional. They also provided me with a toothbrush as I had forgotten mine, which was appreciated. However, the staff could perhaps be a tad more easygoing and less rigid.

The property looked very upmarket and nice. Room and facilities were all very clean.

The room was very cold when I arrived and it would have been nice for the hotel to make it warm before since it got to a confortable temperature in the morning with the air conditioning working all night. For a 5 star hotel it should be cleaner, there was a lot of dust on the curtain rack which flew everywhere when I closed them. The mattress was old and worn out in places

It is a nice little hotel with lovely people and good facilities. The Petit room is large enough for one guest. The restaurant is wonderful with good food and vibe. I was greeted with a complimentary drink and they also offered complimentary breakfast since there are no vegan options on the included breakfast. Coffee selection in the room was excellent.
