Was in a good location for us as a pass through for the night, clean comfortable, great shower and updated ensuite, tea coffee biscuits and water in the room as well as robe and slippers ,great breakfast for the price as was the room. The host was fantastic and even washed the bird poo off our car after my husband asked for a bucket and sponge to do it himself!!! The property is lovely if we come back this way again would not hesitate to stay there.

I’m happy with how everything went and would definitely stay there again. I felt safe being a lone female traveler.

I liked the spacious room and big comfortable bed. It had an en-suite bathroom which is a must. It had tea/coffee and a kettle with a few biscuits-nice touch and a cup of tea after a long journey was very welcome. The hosts were welcoming and warm and the breakfast was lovely. Everything I needed for a comfortable stay.

The bathroom not actually being attached to the room was a bit unusual but didn't cause a problem!

The shower in bedroom 1 is awful. Either too hot or too cold and not very powerful.

Unidentified stain on my bed cushion; we had to ask for a hair dryer and more milk. Two conditioners but no shampoo. Nothing major but a lack of attention to detail. Only missed the top slot because of a couple of minor problems which were rectified as soon as they were pointed out.

Very clean and well equipped accommodation. Alison and Gary were very nice and made you feel very welcome,nothing was a problem for them,room was very clean and had free tea and coffee making facilities and complimentary bottles of water . Breakfast was made by Gary and was top notch,very tasty, would not hesitate to book a stay here again,great place.

Lovely warm welcome, room beautifully decorated and warm. All facilities I'd expect and room prepared despite just an hour's notice. Fantastic 'Full Scottish' breakfast and great hosts. I chose it because of its high Booking.com rating and was not disappointed. I'd definitely stay again.

Please note:We were upgraded to 'the best' room so the decor and facilities were for that and not the cheaper room we had paid for. The rooms were superb, with with chandeliers and a wonderful king size bed, beautiful to look at and very comfortable to sleep in. All the furniture was lovely shabby chic french style. Lovely large shower room with large shower Free on site parking. Country location close to Beith. Breakfast was offered but we declined as we were leaving.
