Needed more information before arrival on how to retrieve the keys from a hidden key box to gain access as we stood outside for a while in freezing rain and wind trying to phone for help. No free parking.

Very spacious appartment providing most facilities needed for a comfortable stay. Lovely views from the balcony and excellent situation close to everything.

Was hard to get hold of host so we could get in on arrival. We also didn't have enough towels per guests.

Having to leave.

Our host was kind enough to leave us an amazing selection of nice things to eat and drink on our arrival which was a lovely touch. The apartment was outstanding and had everything you could possibly require. It was beautifully presented and spotlessly clean. The location was perfectly located in Falmouth with amazing views across the marina.

Everything is good.

Sarah was very accomodating. She made sure that our arrival was smooth and easy. She replies to email or chat quickly. The place is exceptional the location is fantastic with excellent view of the harbour from the balcony..It is also very accessible to the high street, shops, and interesting places. There are lots of parking nearby with reasonable fee, cleanliness is satisfactory, the amenities, and good value for money. Sarah also made sure that everything we need is available. The kitchen is fully equiped with all the crockery and utensils. All the 3 bedroom are en-suite..and i like the layout of the flat with the modern touch its modern touch. If you love shopping or just fancy a walk, the high street is just within walking distance about 5 to 10 mins walk with lots of shops to choose from little cornish shops, bakery, and all sort of things you see. The tiny foot path and narrow streets are well preserved which makes it a popular destination to those who are fond of seeing the English Heritage and ways of living. The white sandy beach called Gyllyngvase is just 5 mins drive and from there you can go for a short walk to visit the famous Pendennis Castle Point. I will definitely return to this place for sure. 100% commendable. Thank you Sarah.

Internet speed could be improved, way too slow in case one would have to work some days remote from this place or would like to upload vacation photos.

Modern appartment in the vibrant part of Falmouth, directly at the harbor. Great views and well equipped kitchen. If you don’t want to cook, many restaurants are just steps away or around the corner. Perfect HQ for all your Cornwall day trips. Very helpful and friendly host [Sarah], who was easy to reach for any questions or concerns. (Important if you travel with [heavy] flight luggage: there is no elevator and many steps up to the top floor where appartment 5 is located.)

Nothing - it was perfect!

This apartment is amazing! Situated right over Discovery Quay, the main event square, it was the perfect location for a vibrant base. Beautiful beach 20 mins walk, train station, town centre and boat trips all within 5 minutes walk. Tesco is 2 minutes walk. Great food and drink from venues underneath the apartment - Lemon Twist food is great! And always something going on locally. We arrived on the overnight sleeper from Paddington to Truro, then took the local train to Falmouth Town. No need for a car as the buses and local trains were great. The apartment itself is stunning. It's on two floors - upstairs is a very calm space with large double bedroom and bathroom, with many velux windows for lots of air. Downstairs are two bedrooms (twin and double), each with en-suite, and the main living area which is an open plan kitchen/lounge/dining room. Lots of cutlery and crockery and some nice touches. Utility room has washing/drying machine, which was very helpful. Sarah the host was fantastic, being very flexible about letting us store our luggage earlier than check in and after checkout.

The location was brilliant, looking over the harbour. It was also easy to get to everywhere we wanted to visit e.g. the Eden Project, Penzance and Land's End. The property was fantastic, very spacious.

Excellent apartment. It worked very well for our family (parents and two adult children) as there were 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The hosts were very responsive even though it was the Christmas holidays. Highly recommended.

Lot of stairs and we were all elderly. Not clear information about parking. Bedroom door lock was taped up which is illegal. Upstairs could only open one window.

The view was spectacular, the apartment is spacious and modern and clean. Good location.
