Got woken up at 05:00 am by the room above moving about - obviously very early risers. Some noise dampening between floors would be good. Not much you can do with creaky floor boards tho.

Doesn't look the best from the outside but inside is clean and nicely decorated. Room was small but functional - it was only used as a place to sleep. No onsite food facilities but Reception can recommend nearby places to eat.

Not much storage available! No hooks on back of doors so couldn't hang anything, also no hangers in the wardrobe, no drawers to place my stuff so I couldn't properly unpack, only 1 towel, shower had water marks on glass doors when I arrived, no proper blind on windows allowing in a lot of extra light!!

Bed was comfy, TV was in a good location.

I wish I had asked the staff about where to park prior to arriving, as I found it very difficult to find where I should go. The surrounding area wasn't brilliant. No mirror in the bathroom. Next to a main road, so a little noisy - would recommend bringing earplugs/headphones if you're a light sleeper.

Initially unsure when I first drove up, I was very pleasantly surprised once I'd let myself in. I had to arrive quite late at night, and the staff were so accommodating - they left everything I needed in a small, clearly-labelled envelope on the reception counter, and gave me all the important info via booking.com messages. The room was spacious and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I wasn't there long, but I had a great night's sleep. All the facilities you would expect were available. Basic, but very comfortable, and did the job. Would definitely stay again.

the wifi is not super strong in my room, need to use my data most of the time the bathroom has some smell, probably from the pipe. there is no breakfast, you need to take the bus to the downtown to get your breakfast. there is nothing around that area...

Good location, no.219 bus directly to the hotel Worth the money, you get what you pay for Quiet sleep, didn't hear that much from the street, but do listen to someone talking while they are passing by

Tinapa Suites can get quite noisy with doors slamming, footsteps up and down the stairs, and hearing the other guests talking. While the location of the hotel is very accessible from the city centre, there's also not much within the nearby vicinity of the hotel (convenience stores, places of interest, restaurants, etc.).

You're getting what you pay for at Tinapa Suites - basic needs are met, the rooms are clean, recently refurbished, and heated. Complimentary tea is also provided. If you need anything from the friendly staff, you can contact them on Whatsapp and they'll respond promptly. The location of the hotel is also very accessible via the 219 bus (10-15 minutes from Manchester Piccadilly).

I travelled up for the Manchester marathon, and this was perfect for my budget. Tinapa Suites is a short distance from the city, and well placed with public transport a short walk away from the hotel.

For what I paid I don´t think there was anything wanting. The only thing I can think of is a mirror in bathroom. Tiny thing and just moved small mirror from wall.

Great value for money. A really comfortable, functional and clean room. Great location in terms of my needs in visiting The Manchester Settlement and a short distance to city centre in cab. Easy to access and reception turned up within a minute of call in them. Room at back was really quiet and had a great nights sleep. Highly recommended for those looking for good value. Second time I have been there and it won´t be my last.

Bathroom was tiny. And there was numbers written in marker pen on the tiles in the bathroom, (just need to be cleaned off) Don't lose your key card as there was no one on reception after 10pm.

Nice clean room, was a bit cold when we got there but the man on reception sorted the radiators for us. They didn't come on straight away but the room was warm when we returned from our night out.

The crockery could have been cleaned after the first night and tea and coffee re-stocked. The single room was a bit small. The reading light was a bit far away and not working.

The room was quiet as it was to the back of the house.Iit was a 15 minute bus ride to the town centre, depending on the schedule. The room was warm. I appreciated being able to leave my bag before and after check out as I was travelling by train.
