Not a lot we didn’t like about the property! No oven but provided an air fryer which was great. The internet signal wasn’t great when I had to do a call for work but we managed but could maybe use a booster for the WiFi.

The property had such a personality and was right in the centre without the city feeling designed just like a cabin in the country.

It was equipped with everything that we needed! A washing machine, hairdryer and the kitchen had absolutely everything including an air fryer!☺️ We loved how clean it was and had a very cosy atmosphere. The hosts left us some wine and milk both very appreciated ☺️ The location was also very handy. Only a 5 minute walk from the street and the buses were very frequent as well onto the city centre. The hosts have been lovely, very accomadation and easy to reach out to if you have any problems. Couldn’t recommend this place more for a wee stay in Nottingham ☺️

The place was really very comfortable, well equiped with everything one might need for a short term rental. The host was also very responsive and made sure to provide everything I needed during my stay, thank you very much, Jo! Definitely considering to book again with you in the future. I can definitely recommend the apartment to everyone looking for a calm and nice stay in this beautiful part of Notts.

Nothing, it's perfect.

Jo has really thought what you want while away. This tiny house is simply amazing. Comfortable, quiet, clean and has all the extras like WiFi, Netflix, espresso machine, fully functional kitchen, lovely hot shower, it's just perfect. We stayed over night for Nottingham races and it was the perfect location, only 5mins away. Thank you so much Jo, we will definitely be back, 100% recommend.

We were impressed with a welcoming bunch of flowers, bottles of cold drink as it was a warm day on the 1st day, also a bottle of milk. Very thoughtful, Jo!! The apartment is well equipped for our short stay, could make our own meals without bringing any seasoning and oil, it was fabulous!!!

Very well equipped with everything you’d need. The furniture is comfortable and the surroundings are quiet. Having an ev charger is also a massive plus. Jo was also very helpful, gave us recommendations for where to eat and the instructions for the property were very easy.

This beautiful tiny home has parking, is close to the shops & services and public transport links to the city and beyond. Jo's tiny home is cosy, peaceful, has a wonderful comfortable bed you will sleep like a baby in and has everything you need to make your stay home from home and if there is something you are in need of, all you need to do is ask Jo. Jo offers complete privacy and alongside this, Jo is thoughtful, kind and an attentive host who cares that you are comfortable and happy. I was and I would stay here again in a heartbeat. The Tiny House is like a home from home and the host Jo was great in making you feel welcome. I would recommend this stay to anyone who is working away but is tide of the same standard hotels. The tiny house has plenty of home comforts.

I am seriously so impressed from start to finish on my experience staying at this lovely apartment. I don't tend to do reviews as never have time but felt this apartment deserved it. Communication was great, cleanliness was fantastic, apartment was so comfy and felt like being at home, facilities near by was great and what I got for my money was PRICELESS!!! Seriously impressed and will be staying again when I'm back in the area FULLY RECOMMENDED
