Location is amazing but the walk up is very steep. (We didn’t mind as the location and views of the great orme to the back and sea to the front/side were worth it and it helped burn off some extra calories!)

Host was really helpful and always responded quickly. Even let us check in early and notified us the accommodation was ready via text and email. House was immaculate, very clean with everything we needed. Jo even left us come treats and a personalised card. Views were amazing and it was nice to have outdoor seating area to enjoy the sunshine.

The house is in the perfect location, stunning area. House was absolutely spotless and was so kind of the owner to leave us tea/coffee/sugar/milk/ washing up liquid etc - all the essentials! Great book selection on the bookshelf and my kids loved the board game compendium, it made their holiday! Beds very comfy, all modern equipment, we loved Troodos and will most definitely be back!

We initially had difficulty finding the property but that was because the sat nav takes you right to the top of the road from the postcode.

Staying at Troodos was a very pleasant experience for our family. The house is in a good position. We were able to park without difficulty. The house was spotlessly clean and was very comfortable. Very clear instructions from the owner for access. We would certainly look at booking the house again for our family use.

It may be a little far out of the town centre for some people and the steep hill up to the property is not good for a less confident driver

The property was spotless and we were lucky to have the weather so we made good use of the garden. Parking was not an issue. Beautiful view of Llandudno bay on the drive back into town.

Nothing really, we were very impressed. I would note though that the house is up a very steep hill, but its not far from the halfway tram stop so you could get that and walk down a little. But the hill is definitely worth it for the view!

Recently stayed at this house with family, the house is beautiful, very well furnished, fabulous garden and amazing views in both directions. The host has really thought of everything, we didn't need to ask for anything during our stay. I particularly liked that there was a pram, highchair and travel cot available in the property. The kitchen was very well equipped, lots of utensils and tableware. We would definitely recommend and would stay again.

The house is beautiful, with amazing views. Jo is an excellent host, her communication is great and not only is the house nicely decorated and clean, but she has gone to real trouble to think of everything you might need during your stay. The picture I have attached is the view from the garden.

Nothing! Was perfect.

We had a wonderful Easter weekend stay at Troodos. The property is to high standards, bedrooms good size and comfortable. Very clean felt like home from home. Bath with shower was also a bonus. Lovely view from the back of the orme and view from the front of down the road to the sea. Location for us was fab. Local bus number 26 goes past the property. We walked up and down from the house to the town. Steep hill back up. Not an issue for us. Thankyou Jo.

It was very clean on arrival. We liked the view of the cliffs behind, watching the sheep, birds and rock climbers. Parking on the street was fine.

The view of the Orme from the kitchen and dining room window, with goats, was lovely. I loved the layout of the dining room to the outside area (too cold to sit out, but great to have the space to step outside in the morning and smell the sea air, admire the mighty Orme and enjoy the early spring flowers in the flower beds. Very comfortable sofas and beds. Warm, cosy house to return to on a cold, windy February. Very clean and well- equipped kitchen to cook in. 10 minutes walk straight down the hill to Llandudno pier- a bit slower coming back up but still really accessible on foot and a spectacular view.

I didn’t realise when booking it was on a steep hill and I had my 74 year old mum with me who has knee problems so could only go out if driving

Floors were a bit cold and slippy especially for the children. Some rugs would be nice.

Easy access to centre of Llandudno and attractions. Very clean and everything needed for a family holiday supplied. Host was available if needed.

No downstairs toilet so waiting for the bathroom was an issue with 6 of us staying.

Location was fine for our party but we knew it was up a steep slope. Walked down into town but always got a taxi back up. House was very well equipped and comfortable. Used it for a weekend but would happily use it for a full week or more. I’ve already recommended it to family and friends

We loved how clean the property was, but also, the property itself had so much to offer and was extremely comfortable. The scenic views were incredible. Jo (the owner) couldn't have been more helpful as she gave us access to the property earlier than expected and also let us leave our luggage as we were not getting picked up till later in the day. We just want to say a great big thank you to Jo and would highly recommend this property to everyone.

If you were to book here, check the surrounding area as we didn’t realise how high up we’d be. With it being a family home, it was difficult to walk into the town due to the walk back up the steep hill with young children.

The location was great as it was close to the city and also to local site seeing areas.
