The road to the property is uneven and it wouldn't be easy to access via public transport. (Not that this was an issue for me but might be for other travellers.)

All though there was a mix up with the rooms the owner soon sorted it out. The property is like a mini flat.

The step up to the room from the yard was a challenge. An additional step or handrail would have been helpful.

Great directions and lovely location. Food left for us was generous and fresh and homemade - a treat. The shower was so refreshing. We liked the imaginative compact use of space. The eco conscious touch - lovely toiletries and recycling facilities were great. No steps inside made it really accessible for us. The heating was perfect too making for a comfortable stay. Parking was very good too.

Lovely spacious room with great facilities. The shower was amazing & nice toiletries available. Comfy beds. Wonderful to have a kitchenette & the breakfast selection was incredible, the farm sausage bacon & eggs were delicious

There was nothing at all I didn’t like. It was all wonderful.

Where do I start, Firstly the location is just idyllic with stunning views. The accommodation had absolutely everything you need for a comfortable stay. The beds are wonderful and the fridge was stocked with wonderful local produce if the higest quality. I can’t wait for another excuse to return to this little gem.

We only stayed one night, would like to have stayed longer and enjoy the sauna and hot tubs we saaw on site. Its a really beautiful location.

The room was light and airy, clean and well layed out with qurky vintage furniture and fittings. Lovely thoughtful touches with tea, coffee, breakfast in the rooms using locak produce and freshly baked bread. CLovely shower and bathroom facilities also, Bed was really comfy and large. Pet friendly too, always a bonus.

It would help if they have a sign by the A4 Box Hill road as the side road leading to the place was rather hidden. Sauna room not available for use.

Amazing stay! The room was comfortable for the three of us. Loved the details in the room with little things and deco. We really enjoyed our breakfast there, we were left with a huge selection of breakfast in the room, biscuits, cereals, milk, juice, breakfast ( eggs, sausages and bacon) to cook ourselves, two types of yogurts etc etc and lovely view outside. Loved the bathroom. We enjoyed the company of the two ginger cats too.

Had an amazing stay , the place was very homely and beautiful decorated with lovely fresh produce from the Farm (they really thought of everything). The views there were also amazing.

We were in the very spacious studio apartment and we loved the quirky / eclectic mix of furniture and decor. The view from the private decking is glorious. Everything we needed for self catering was there and the pub 20 minutes stroll away was very good too.

The road leading in is quite rough .. needs a bit of tlc . Not much space for parking . The kettle took forever to boil which was a pain 😫

The room was perfect for our needs . Lovely size and everything is very comfortable . Plenty of breakfast choices left from the owners which was very nice .

The road down to the property. It was narrow and pitted with very large potholes. The approach was also very steep, particularly when leaving the property as you approached the right hand turn at the top of the lane. I wouldn't like to have attempted it if the road was wet.

The room was clean and comfortable. The fridge was packed with top quality ingredients for breakfast - full English or Continental.

The views were stunning, the produce was tasty (especially the eggs) and the room was very comfy. It was close to Corsham and 20 mins from Bath, ideal location.

Road access to the site was down a pot-holed lane. Noisy metal sign outside which was a nuisance when swinging in the high winds we had.

Perfect everything we needed! Breakfast was lovely! Room was very spacious, Bed was very comfortable and shower was fabulous! Very friendly host and nothing was too much trouble would definitely recommend and we will be returning 😊
