Nothing ! The staff were attentitiveon all levels. The attention to detail was wonderful.

The meals were delicious,an amazing menu. Breakfast was innovative and wide range of choice. Loved the porridge and haddock omelette. Dinner was equally exceptional.

Very well run hotel. Staff were all really helpful and friendly. The hotel is really well located opposite the sea on the promenade road and our room was exceptionally clean and well equipped. The sea view from Our room was perfect.

The breakfast and meals were excellent. Perhaps a little problem we had was the noise from the entertainment on 1 night. A little too loud. We envisaged this may be a problem because we booked the room a little too late in that there was very little choice. I am sure this could be easily rectified next time.

Breakfast was a little different to what I am used to, everything is brought to the table for you, your table is also marked with a sign with your name on, so just sitting down at a vacant convenient table will not do. Also, the hotel has an entertainer in the evening from 21.00 - 23.00 and this was quite loud, it was very audible in room 16 above the bar. He was undoubtedly good and a fair crowd of guests had gathered in the bar to enjoy it. But it just so happened that on this evening, after a busy day of sightseeing and travelling, I wanted to get to sleep early and couldn't do so. Just something to be aware of.

Very comfortable double bed and a great breakfast. Spotlessly clean. Very friendly staff as well.

Everything was fine, although the room and bathroom were on the small side.

We enjoyed our stay at the Tynedale Hotel. It was recommended by a family member and it lived up to our expectations. The food was good and all the staff were nice and friendly.

The car park is very small and parking on the sea front by the hotel a little bit hit and miss

The breakfast choice was excellent and everything was cooked to perfection attentive, friendly staff. The hotel was immaculately clean and all of the staff could not do enough for you. I would recommend the hotel to anyone

Friendly, helpful staff. Fabulous disabled room. And right on the sea front with plenty of parking at the rear of the hotel. Staff in the restaurant were amazing and food was served very quickly x

I don't think that anything upset our stay. we would certainly return to the town and to the hotel without any reservation. There was lots to do.

the Tynedale hotel was very central. Opposite the bandstand. The staff were friendly and helpful and approachable. The room was comfy and the breakfast filling. The dinning room staff were super attentive.

Pillows were bit hard for me personally - I like a soft pillow

Location was great and breakfasts were exceptionally good Catered for my gluten free and vegetarian diet Staff were very helpful and pleasant
