The cupboard underneath my sink still had rubbish in it and was not clean. I asked one of my lights to be fixed as it kept flickering, was told it would be but it was not fixed. It also says I am writing this from the United States but I am from Jersey Channel Islands, irrelevant to my overall experience but thought I'd mention it somewhere

Location was good, in a very lively area with lots of food and activities nearby.

The location is perfect if you like being in the thick of it, but perhaps too loud if you're a light sleeper. The room was very comfortable and a decent price too. Would be an amazing place to stay during pride!

Great price and location, thought the location would have been an issue due to being on a popular street for night life but the windows were sound proofed so this was not an issue.

The shower head wouldn't reposition to a point that it didnt squirt out of the door when turned on, not really a massive issue, I just put a towel down and closed the cubicle doors.

Wasn't clear how to access the WiFi. Room was very hot although a fan and stand-alone air con unit were provided (sadly couldn't keep these on overnight as they were very noisy). Thin walls so could often hear other guests. Basement room so effectively no windows (I'm not sure whether or not this was advertised). There were some stains on the bedding/surfaces in the bathroom that didn't appear to have been cleaned.

Great location. Very good value for money, especially for how well-located it is. Friendly staff. Good size room with everything we needed for a short stay. Easy to check in and out. Very comfortable bed. Lots of plug sockets around the room and next to the bed.

The room was tiny and it was a bit rough round the edges. The shower was difficult to navigate as that was also tiny and I'm only a small plump person myself so I don't know how anyone bigger than 5'2 or a bit larger than me would fit.

There was nothing to complain about at the price and I love the area and already know it well so I felt relaxed and safe.

Perfect location on canal street, as I arrived at the coach station two minutes away. It was quiet on a Monday and Tuesday night, the area had enough visitors to feel safe by myself. The room was clean and comfortable with a great shower and the staff were very friendly and helpful without being intrusive. Had a brilliant stay and couldn’t ask for more for the good price!

Pay more attention for cleaning, please, because I found a lot of different hairs on the sofa bed ,when arrived to room, and corners, kettle was dusty, corners close by socket vere dusty , and hairs on the floor

There was a bit of noise late at night from people visiting the bars next door.

The room was nice and comfortable, and it's very well located with a short walk to a variety of shops, restaurants, and Manchester Piccadilly station.

The TV did not work the tea and coffee there was any enough for one

The bedroom was clean and tidy but the TV did not work and the light over the bed did not work there was no TV

The hotel is located very close to busy bars so the outside noise is very noticible on the weekends until early hours of the morning. Great if you are going out as plenty of bars and clubs at your doorstep but less so if you need a rest.

The rooms are in much need of an update and repair, otherwise completely fine - you do get what you pay for and I don’t have any complaints. It is right by canal street so it will be a bit noisy!

It’s in the heart of one of the most popular night districts of Manchester. This means that you will hear noises from outside. Also, the building is a bit old and walls are not thick so you hear other guests walking by your door or in the adjacent rooms.
