Excellent location on the site tucked away in a corner so lovely and peaceful. The accomodation has everything you need and is very well appointed. Would definitely recommend

Sometimes the TV was effective when a plane went over.

Such a lovely lodge & in a quiet area. Every thing you need inside even a washing machine which was a surprise ☺️. Bed was very comfortable. Lodge is very clean & tidy. The camp site is very nice & plenty to do. Not far to travel to Poole,. Bournemouth, or Christchurch if you wish. Will definitely be booking again. Also thanks to Booking.com for find me this.

Very dated and tired. The accommodation was extremely dirty. We spent hours cleaning to get it to an acceptable level. The accommodation needs a deep clean and kept to a decent standard of cleanliness for it to be a holiday let.

The location was nice as tucked away on an end.

The amount of dog hair and was not clean messaged the owner about washing machine was full of dog hair and dirt and was told it's new washer but I have pictures of it, also took pictures of the problems there and so much clutter. Bathroom TV does not work as shown in pictures working in collection when booking. Told not been working for ages when asked owner.

The park is lovely as been to this camp site before it's perfect quiet and perfect location the oakdean forest park.

Didn't like that we had to pay a charge to use park facilities such as pool, cafe and bar/restaurant. It was fine, just disappointing. When we stayed here in October 2021 the caravan was spotless, this time rounds wasn't the same. The bedding, hand towels and tea towels were clean and fresh. However, the bathroom sinks had toothpaste on them, the bathroom smelt funny, some of window ledges inside weren't cleaned, kitchen window looked like it has been wiped with a dishcloth and the outside table on decking wasnt cleaned at all. So with all these little things it didn't feel as nice as it was the first time we stayed here, which was a shame

LOved the location of the park and the caravan within the park. Its brilliant for dog walks in Hurn forest which is connected to the park, and various beaches on south coast near bournemouth are within 30 mins drive and New Forest is also within 30 mins.

We did feel it was rather cluttered but was comfortable throughout our stay as was only used as a base

The property was in a good location however I’m not sure if the cleaners had been in as the place smelt of smoke and dogs and dog hairs throughout the lodge. As I suffer from asthma we had to open all the windows and clean the floors .

Cleaness of the property was not great poo around toilet cobwebs in main bedroom floor under chair crumbs under neath also could smell dog had to go out get cleaning products and clean property I think less personal belongings would be good less clutter also had no where to put our stuff food etc in kitchen cupboards

The location was really good quite loved the woods squirrels around us varrander outside area was great. Great communication from the owner and also provided us with cot and high chair for our stay for our 17 month old

Arrived to find 2 dirty toilets - Dirty bedding Dirty toaster , Dirty cutlery draw , sticky door handles. Tried to get a refund - never given as I didn’t stay there I left the property.

The twin room a bit cozy for two adults but the beds were comfortable. The sofa bed was ok when my sister slept on top of the duvet. More attention to detail on cleaning would be good but all the essentials were clean.

Accommodation small but perfectly formed, a lovely plot on the corner of a quiet and pleasant site. Loved the terrace and the sunny garden, bordering the woods. they welcome dogs and can walk in the woods from the park

No guides for how heating or appliances worked. Cooker was quite complicated. Heating was erratic - on all night for 2 uncomfortable nights despite keeping thermostat low. No instructions for boiler settings.

dog hairs . Owners breakables everywhere. lounge furniture very worn out not clean or useable. Bathroom sinks not useable. Wi-Fi bad reception as in bedroom .Dampness on main bedroom windows Carpets very dirty . informed owner about the lack of cleaning.

Unfortunately as wonderful as the location was the cleanliness of the Lodge was not quite up to standard. There were various cleaning issues in the Lodge. I don't feel it necessary to go into detail here, however if Roger the owner of Lodge would like to contact me i am more than happy to provide further information around this.

The location of the Lodge was fantastic, in a lovely quiet corner, we could not fault the location of the Lodge at all. Watching the wildlife from the window was amazing to see, especially the Jays! Roger the owner was super helpful, always answered my questions and queries extremely promptly. Roger was a true delight to deal with.

The lodge is very pleasant and quietly located. Good location for sightseeing. Fantastic woodland walks.

Really clean and well equipped accommodation. Club entertainment good and easy to get drinks at bar not too busy at all. Granddaughter loved kids club and breakfast with characters really good value. Staff really helpful and friendly.

We found the sofa bed to be a bit uncomfortable to sit on (but it is a sofa bed)...but spent most of the days and evening sitting outside

Love the location, fully enclosed decking and a lovely spot on the site. The lodge was very well equipped with everything we needed including dog bowls!! Main Bedroom was a lovely size and ensuite had a TV!! Spent most of our time sitting at the fantastic table and chairs on the decking....we will defiantly be back.
