I prefer wood floor besides carpet - less dust and better for astma. Also 2 single blankets instead of 1 big one would be better. We also needed to ask more toilet paper few times during our stay. Otherwise very nice hotel.

A gaping bathroom door which didn't really seal the bathroom smells off from the bedroom. Smells are unavoidable but it would be more pleasant for anyone if the bathroom door shut in smell and a ventilation system took them away.

Breakfast options were fab! Handy location Quiet and comfy room.

The heating at night should be urgently looked at. It was so hot that I sat up all night with the window left open. Otherwise it would have been very comfortable

The service at the restauarant in the evening was quite poor, we had to order at the bar most of the time. Also, some condiments in the bathroom would be nice (toothbrush, comb etc.)

Not much, the air conditioning didn’t go lower than 18 degrees but that’s the only complaint.

The hotel was very welcoming and you could see clearly how they are there to make sure there’s no stress added onto the trip and the staff want to make you as comfortable as possible. I stayed for two nights in a queen room, the bed, pillows and quilt cover was unbelievably comfortable I haven’t stayed in such an amazing bed before. I could not rate this hotel more, it was amazing in every way. It’s not in the city centre exactly but it’s ten minutes walk at most to get back to the centre and is also close to a bus stop, I will be looking forward to my next stay. Additionally, I ordered room service, great but the tiramisu was the best I’ve ever tasted!

It was extremely clean and the facilities provided were modern and in good condition. We arrived at the hotel early in the morning, many hours before the published check-in time. But the hotel already had the room ready for us. Given that this was the first time we stayed in an IHG hotel, and they did not even charge us extra for the early check-in shows how they care for their guests. The room was extremely clean and everything in it worked as it should. The hotel it self was really clean. The lobby was huge with comfortable seating and you could chill in there. As we were busy roaming around the city, we did not have much interaction with the staff. But those little moments we had with them were amazing. They always greeted us with a smile and helped us in every way possible. The food was delicious. The room service is very quick.

Breakfast was on the expensive side. There wasn’t a lot of options for breakfast. Would like to see boiled eggs, french toast etc. Bowls were very small for the cereal. Would suggest going elsewhere for breakfast if you don’t have it included in your stay
