At breakfast could be more options for fruit, cereal and healthier things. Warm breakfast was more elaborate. But overall great breakfast and service.

Don’t leave laundry trolleys in the corridors all day because wheelchairs and pushchairs etc need to pass and the corridors are not very wide

i’m a hoist user and this is the only hotel with a hoist but it is an absolutely amazing hotel: I stayed a few years ago with my mum and there were some issues that I notified the hotel of and these issues have gone and I cannot fault the hotel! we had booked the sunday but i decided to go early and the hotel staff managed to arrange this at the last minute . The hotel is as amazing as it looks and especially for a hoist user is very inclusive without looking at all clinical! The shower chair has a’donut’ cover or cover for the hole so you can remove this and put it over the toilet because the hoist doesn’t go into the toilet so you will need to go on the chair in the room if you require a hoist. Such brilliant facilities that I was able to have a lovely shower with the help of my lovely boyfriend. Delicious breakfast and we cannot wait to return !

The location is excellent and the room was quiet even with the surrounding night life. The staff are friendly, polite and couldn't do enough for us. The room was perfect, comfy bed and I loved the shower, my partner loved the free standing bath. Cleanliness was to a very high standard.

Breakfast was good. Bar service and drinks excellent. We had a problem in the room, we spoke to reception and it was fixed within 30 minutes late at night. Overall fantastic service, brilliant hotel, in a fantastic location.

Breakfast was lovely and plenty of choice and the staff in all departments friendly helpful and provided great service...the decor is modern fun but comfortable and the location is fantastic for places to eat and drink plus walking distance 😀

The breakfast was brilliant. We went to the Palace theatre and the position of the hotel was brilliant. Stayed here before and it was just as good second time around. All the staff were lovely. Would definitely come back again
