The room was smelling so bad . They should hoover the carpet and put some air fresheners. How come the housekeepers don’t clean the room properly? The smells was horrendous. One of the bed had a stain on the duvet and the sheet wasn’t long enough to cover the whole bed . They need to clean the rooms properly. The toilet didn’t have toilet paper this is so inconvenient . Need deepen clean in the rooms urgently.

There was no breakfast they don't do it anymore!! Location proved to be very noisy. Hotel was not secure didn't feel safe(I had 2 children with me) And it seemed like there was much loud comings and goings that seemed to go on all night

Firstly, we were tad disappointed with the room it could do with some TLC however for the price it was forgivable. Secondly the bed was not comfortable, it was two single beds pushed together so was not a comfortable double as expected. Because of this the beds would move apart causing a bit of a gap. The beds themselves also were not comfortable either, especially my partners side as he had to deal with springs digging into him. Lastly, the customers in the other room were playing loud music well past 11pm and then woke us at gone 2am by shouting at each other in the hallway outside the rooms. This wouldn't have been such a big issue but there was no staff available to help with this and due to the customers sounding violent we did not feel comfortable speaking to them ourselves. I fully understand staff not being available at 2am but as they advertise check in untill 11pm i expected staff then. Overall didn't get much sleep and the little we got was very poor quality. Even when we left at 7:15am there was no staff around to speak to. Staff were helpful when we had access to them but interaction was limited. Would recommend they get a night staff member especially for the weekend to help avoid future issues because as it is i definitely cannot recommend this hotel

Nice upon entrance then you walk up carpeted stairs that need a hoover.. The room is basic Old stained carpet Unfinished walls Bathroom light didn’t work & no windows so no privacy unless you do everything in the dark.. Look out the window to a roof with someone’s belt and a pair of knickers.. We had a 2yr who removed the radiator cap and put it fully In his mouth which was a anxiety riddled experience.. We had to ask for a loo roll, ask for the boiler to be turned on so the radiator/shower worked .. We paid £41 so wasn’t expecting luxury but we was disappointed ..

Friendly staff who provided when asked for example.. Turning the boiler on for heat & hot water 2 glasses Loo roll Free WiFi and smart tv was a big bonus

Well. You can't get in the hotel without a key card, and I didn't have one before I checked in so I was stood outside in the snow waiting for someone to come and open the door for me which they eventually did. It's about an hour's walk from the city centre. Three floors and no lift. When I got to my hotel room the door was open and there were scratch marks around the door handle so it looked like the place had been raided or something. There was some weird brown marks on the ceiling?? I hope it was chocolate? The TV had no remote and there was a cable that had bare wires poking out of it. The bathroom was tiny, barely big enough for me to sit in. One of the lights didn't work above the bed. I know this sounds like I'm being picky and surely not all of this could have been wrong but I paid £150 for this. There was also I few rooms on my floor that had been booked by some young kids who were up partying all night. I wish I had taken more pictures of everything that was wrong but I wasn't sure if I was going to leave a review. And if the hotel see this, please contact me because I am not happy in the slightest

Transferred my stuff from one room to another without me knowing or my consent. Water didn’t work (was cold) for 3 days. But overall, not too bad. Noisy neighbors (loads of shouting at night)

It’s just a hotel. Friendly staff, but a lot has to be done. They’re refurbishing now. Nice bed.

There were a number of things l didn't like. *There was a terrible smell coming from outside of the room, at night especially on the first night. *Loud noises and argument *Staff asking intrusive and personal questions upon arrival Had to ask for TP as this was not provided after the first night. Also had to ask for spoon. There was no milk in room. The cleaness is questionable, l found dirty earbuds. The setup of the toilet is so weird, very hard to sit.

It was not extremley terrible but they could do much better in all aspects.

it was insanely dirty and had definitely not been cleaned in a very long while. hairs and blood in the bathroom, stains up the bedroom walls, blood-stained mattress, electrical wires precariously hanging from the tv which didn’t work. it was more than disappointing and I won’t ever be returning.

the ONLY good thing about this property is that the Uber could get us to the AO arena in 16 minutes

It wasn’t very clean the bathroom had blood in it on the shower sides they provided 1 towel for 4 people and we couldn’t even shower because it wasn’t clean the next day.
