Host James was wonderful & helpful. Great communication. Engender though the property is compact, we had everything we needed & well equipped. Microwave/oven & stovetop easy to use. Loved our generous unexpected welcome pack & eggs from their chickens. Would stay again.

Nothing, but one issue for me, the bathroom sink was too high for me personally, I struggled to use it. Not a criticism at all just my observation.

The location was spot on. The hosts were so helpful and friendly. Everything and more was included. The Annex was spotless and very well laid out. Lovely location for a relaxing break.

Hand on heart, there was nothing about our stay that we didn't enjoy.

We had the most perfect getaway from the moment we arrived at West Moor View to the moment we left. James met us at the property and explained everything and answered any questions we had. After a very long drive it was so lovely to see that a welcome basket for both myself and my partner and our dog, Delta was provided. James explained where the local amenities such as pubs and places to eat and there were a variety of leaflets showing us what we could do around the area. He even recommended a live music night at the local pub! :) I cannot recommend James and his family enough for the warm welcome and we will absolutely be staying in the future!

Nothing. I couldn't fault anything except for the weather! There is now a new induction hob too, following on from previous comments made.

The location was perfect for what we had planned to do, and although it rained quite a lot while we were there, it showed potential for great views of the highest point in Cornwall. James gave great recommendations for where to go and I highly recommend the Rising Sun pub gor a fab meal (dog friendly too so bonus). The hamper when we arrived was full of everything we needed and even added extras, they also left a hamper for our dog and there was even make-up remover pads in the bathroom too! Literally a home from home. We'll be back for sure!

James and Jo are perfect hosts, from the welcome basket, to advice on local businesses and services, and offers to look after our dogs, if we wanted a day alone. The annexe has everything you need and is spotlessly clean with great views over the moors.

Good contact with our host James before, during and after our stay. Pretty garden in a quiet location with wonderful views all around. Apartment was well presented, clean and cosy, everything you need is provided and a lovely food hamper to get you started (bread, jams, butter, cereals milk, eggs etc.) Even our dogs were catered for with their own hamper (bowls, towel, treats and first aid box) Good location to explore by car or on foot and an excellent "tea garden" 100m from apartment, well worth a visit, value for money. Our dogs were made to feel very welcome and we would love to return again.

Location is perfect for exploring North Cornwall. The accommodation was exactly what was needed for a 3 night stay and value for money. The hosts were lovely and couldn't do enough for us and communication was excellent. Bonus was a good restaurant in the local pub (The Rising Sun) which we used twice. Would book again if in the area.

There is not one thing we didn’t like with this property. Host kept in contact leading up to the trip. Annex was clean, tidy and a lot of thought gone into little home furnishing touches.

Absolutely nothing.

We had an amazing stay. Everything exceeded our expectations. Our hosts James and Jo couldn't be anymore perfect, nothing was too much trouble. We loved it so much we've booked again for next year. If we could we'd give it 20 out of 10!
