Our room had one bed and one little nightstand. Not much space to pack our things down, so it was a bit messy to organize stuff. No small light in the room. Everyrhing was fairly clean. Good for the price and short term stays

The mattress is not comfortable, had some spring sticking out that hurt me I woke up with body pains. Some flat mates were also very lousy they were disturbing the peace of the flat till they went to sleep.

The location is very close to where I wanted to do my exam. The facilities are clean

The room could do with a lamp, perhaps. This next point could totally be my personal view/preference. However, as its shared property, the other occupants were very noisy. I've stayed in shared accommodation in the past, but this was constant noise for a few hours. I will say the noise settled, not too late into the night, and I did manage to sleep well (with earplugs). But just a note, that it's a fairly compact property for it to be shared accommodation so if you're comfortable with the noise of others it will be ok.

The communal areas of the property were very clean and tidy. The room, also clean and the bed comfortable. The communication from the property owner was very clear and sent useful photos of the front of property that helped identify the property.

Rooms were smaller than we expected. In rooms were missing some furtniture for example a little table, we had just small wardrobe with hanger. In the kitchen there were missing big spoons or forks. There was a soap for hands, but there was missing shower gel and shower gel for hair.

We have booked 2 rooms, which proportion price/quality - was good. The accomodation was clean and it was near to the bus station approximetly 5min, so good location. Also had clean kitchen with fridge. Positive point is also self service check in, check out. :)

I could hear the alarms in the morning of the rest of the neighbours 😅 So, it would be nice to improve the sound proof.

Its great for the price. A bit far away from the center, but the bus stop is a few blocks away and further is the underground, so is easy to travel around. The bathroom and kitchen were very clean. The best is that all doors have a code so you dont need any kind of key. Last, there is a place to leave luggage if you need to wait!

The information to get into the House was send after I called we arrived at the location. Difficult to charge the european telephone

The neighbours are noisy. They have children and they were screaming and making noise after 10pm. Very annoying. There is no handle on the shower door in the ground floor.

The location was good, it was quite clean and cozy.

It's not the hotel services fault, but happened in the hotel so I have to mention it... Very noisy guests who spent their all afternoon in the hall on the entrance, playing games, cheering and making noise not be able to have a nap after a hard day when all I wanted just to have some rest. It seems not everyone can't show respect to others...

The room was rather functional, but that was okay. We couldn't find boards or knives in the kitchen which makes cooking hard.

Immediate and helpful reply from BedsToStay as we had a question, even though it was already a bit late in the evening. The facility including bathrooms was cleaned daily. The shower was nice.

There is a fridge in the room which was quite noisy. The cleaning could pay a little more attention to detail, E.g there was chewing gum on the floor just by the fridge.

Neat & tidy, bed was comfy, linen and towels were all clean, shower downstairs had great water pressure & nice & hot. Liked that I could store my bag and pop back for it later. It was nice and quiet when I stayed, but that’s obviously somewhat dependent on who else is staying.

Poorly equipped kitchen (no chopping knife, one frying pan, NO coffee making equipment, bad curtains which left in so much light (I need blackout), windows left open on ground level invites thieves, CCTV feels like an intrusion of privacy, Every door has a lock with an electronic keypad which makes so much noise every time someone wants to enter/exit (at least 5 beeps and a longer note), automatic sensor of light switches on at night which wakes up anyone else who is asleep in bed. Can it not be made to go inactive at night? A nightlight in the hall would be absolutely fine.

I don't like the fact that I had to share toilet and bathroom with other people but the toilets is always clean and tidy.

I love that the location is just about 3 mins walk to my exam centre. The environment is quite. Good food available around and access to bus stop so it makes my journey very easy. The property is so clean.

The bed was too soft and uncomfortable, the room had a different disposition, and the fridge was just right beside the bed and head (we turned it off); there was a noise from other guests - so it depends how you're lucky, but for us, it was more a hostel-like experience. The kitchen was OK for heating food and making tea, but there was no sharp knife or cutting board, so don't expect to cook anything.

Good location and is easy to access (Mile End metro or Westferry DLR stop), Tesco Express, and Lidl just less than 5 mins on foot. Both whole apartment and room were very clean, although the bedding had some old dirt (not washed in a laundry) and was shrunk. It was OK value for the money, but the overall experience didn't meet our expectations for the price and reviews - it was more a hostel-like experience (except everybody had their room) than apartments - if it were a couple of bucks cheaper, it would be a great alternative.
