The only complaint I have is the lack of storage room for clothes/ shoes etc. There isn't many hangers provided, especially for 2 people sharing a room. A shoe rack wouldn't go a miss either, especially for longer stays.

We loved our stay! Definitely exceeded our expectations. Lovely little touches on arrival such as free snacks & drinks within the room. Beds are really comfortable. Blackout shutters & curtains within rooms, make for a fantastic night's sleep. Underground station (Aldgate East) within walking distance, along with local buses into London also. Nearby shops such as Tesco, Superdrug, Starbucks, Poundshop, chemist etc.. so definitely a good location. We would definitely return and have recommended to our friends/ family also.

There was nothing that I did not like. We stayed on the 13th floor and I wonder if it gets stuffy, but they do have an air conditioning+ Dyson independent one in the bedroom.

Location, high tech thingy, kitchen appliances and general set up, spare sets of blankets, pillows and towels, view! ❤️

I have never stayed in accommodation without secondary locks on the door. When travelling alone or just with the girls it’s an additional safety feature I assumed every hotel property came with, unfortunately on this occasion there were no manual locks.

The room wasn’t really big enough for three adults, better suited to two adults.

The location of the hotel was a little concerning walking from the metro station at night. Some undesirable people hanging around on the streets.

There was an issue with air conditioning on a hot weekend and the windows don't open, but the staff were very responsive and moved us the next day, compensating us with free breakfast for the poor night's sleep.

Room had every amenity and good quality products eg nespresso machine, real milk in the fridge, good bathroom products. The bed was very comfortable as well, and although I didn't self-cater, there was everything available should you wish to. The staff were super friendly and responsive.

Not the place to be for a pub crawl as the area features services mainly for the Muslim population. Travelling with children that was mainly an advantage as there were no drunk tourists around!

A super modern, lovely and well equipped apartment just a short walk away from Aldgate East underground station. Friendly service and a nice little exercise room as a bonus. Plenty of tasty and inexpensive ethnic take away choices in the area.

The A/C became loud and scary at one point. The hot water was lukewarm, but it was doable. I wouldn’t mind the room being cleaned more often but it’s understandable. Those things were just wear and tear and didn’t take away from the hotel .

The location. It was also very quiet. The laundry was very convenient. The manager a male named ( Leah ) in his name. He was extremely helpful and accommodating and very pleasant.

The only annoyance was the shower, it wasn't very hot and took a long time to warm up to a tepid temperature The television was in need of a re tune due to lots of channels missing

Great hotel, very clean and welcoming. Room was fully equipped for a 3 night stay due to having a kitchenette. All utensils spotlessly clean with everything you could need to prepare a snack On arrival we were greeted with hot drinks, room with ample snacks all included. We were there for the marathon so was great to be able to keep drinks cold ready for the race and keep in the fridge We had a top floor room with a great view of the city, reakly liked the electric blind and light operation panel Air conditioning was good, bed and pillows very comfortable
