There was nothing it was all excellent ! We really couldn't fault anything. Our stay was very enjoyable.

Great hosts very well decorated and very clean. Everything that one would need was available in the room. The breakfast was fantastic with plenty of choice and you were never hungry at lunchtime. The hosts Kev and Jez were very welcoming and Kev was very knowledgeable and recommended some place to visit which we did and thouroghly enjoyed the se places which made our break away even better.

Everything! Hosts were lovely. Nothing was a problem! They're definitely the type of people that would do anything to help if they could! So friendly and just generally wonderful people! Wasn't far from town centre/beach. Park just at the bottom of the road. I'm so glad we found this place! Rooms were amazingly clean! I run a cleaning business(back home) and it worries me sometimes staying in hotels b&bs etc, but honestly it was immaculate! I was impressed! Will definitely come back to this guest house. Couldn't fault it 1 bit! Extra points as they had a new puppy!! He's the best! Much love to these guys ❤️

Only slight criticism was, as we are very light sleepers we found traffic noise from the road outside a little disturbing early morning.

My whole experience was a lovely one. The host was very kind and helpful, breakfast was good although not much in terms of options but the fresh fruit salad was excellent to start my day with. I don’t think it could be improved.

Everything about Willow Dene is excellent. The managers have an eye for detail that means the place is immaculate, beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. The rooms have all been refurbished to an excellent standard creating a warm, well organised homely environment. Room refreshments are well chosen, linen is high quality and beds are very comfortable. Breakfast is excellent and even the coffee is Costa! No expense spared or corners cut in providing true quality. The staff have great inter-personal skills. Yes, I loved it!

Nothing. Only small feedback was that the duvet tog was too heavy for time of year. An option of a lighter duvet would be better for the summer.

By way of note, NOT complaint, the water pressure in the shower is a little low, perhaps, but it was perfectly adequate.

From the moment I walked into the property, first impressions didn't disappoint. It felt clean, cosy, & welcoming. Willow Dene is well located for the park and North Bay area, but it's only a short walk to the shops, restaurants, and facilities of the nearby South Bay area, too. Super hosts provided a lovely breakfast with plenty of choice, but I opted for the cooked breakfast, and you'd be hard pushed to find better, and I liked the nice thick cut of locally sourced bacon. I can't fault my room; it was clean, comfortable, had everything I needed, and I slept well.

The people above us would get up extremely early, which would wake us up. We could here them clearly when they went to the toilet, which was quite a lot, and the floorboards creaked but this could not be helped. Next time I would suggest top floor as would definitely go back.

Location was great to get everywhere. They could not do enough for us. Even got a fan for our room to help me a menopause women. Our shower was stuck on very hot the first day, which meant we had to use another rooms shower but they fixed it very quickly, great service.

There was nothing I can say I didn't like. If I had to nit pick i would say the room was a little small, but as I was a solo traveller it was adequate for me.

The place is spotlessly clean and the breakfasts were wonderful! The hosts were very pleasant and obliging.
