Had upstairs room with window that wouldn't open and no fan on a very hot 28 degree day. Very hot and stuffy evening/ night.

Good location. Great shared kitchen with laundry facilities for guest use was useful. Easy self checking with use key codes.

The code that we were sent didn't work, but the lady on the phone did sort it for us quite quickly, so not too much of an issue.

The room was spacious and very comfortable. We were allowed to leave our vehicle in the car park after check out so we could go into town for breakfast.

The parking could have been sign posted I think I parked in the wrong car park. Could be sign with winmar residents only, would have been helpful for me anyway after a long drive

We found the map supplied a bit misleading. Some street names where not clear on the map or easy to find on the streets. Knowing your compass directions might help but we didn’t!

Just what we needed for an overnight stay. Quite central for amenities, easy walking distance even with a suitcase. Safe district. Not too noisy even on the main road. Very comfy bed. Shower was great too.

The bed was a bit hard to sleep on a bit like a park bench am affraid felt like I was sleeping with out a mattress but that could just be my feeling on it, maybe am a bit soft.

The access to property the staff answered the phone promptly when I rang using the number at the front door and gave me assistance to get in also. The support in the morning when I couldn't get the hot water to work in the shower.

Washing machine (pictured, but not described) out of order. Check-in with Code at the room-door not without problems.

Check-in worked with PIN, spacious room, parking behind the house (1st come) was good, a kitchen for all guests was available, all in all very good for the money. 10 min. to city center.

Ground floor room; the windows should have privacy glass or diffuse coating as people walking around the outside of the house and past the property can see in. The room was relatively clean but needs a deep clean, particularly the carpet which smells stale. The cleaner wasn't particularly friendly when I went in to make myself breakfast in the mornings. Internet way too slow!

Good kitchen facilities Private bathroom and a very good shower Fridge and microwave in the room I like the property access system as losing keys can be an issue or as I have experienced in the past, other guests taking your key.

I arrived late at night, there was no problem with the code- the instructions sent were clear. I had a very good sleep, it was quite and peaceful, very restful night after long long travel.

Random screw sticking out of the bathroom wall They took away the complimentary shower gel the second night I stayed there. Airvent to bathroom falling off the wall. Just needs a bit of TLC in room 4

For a 1 night stay post tour this was a fine place to stay. Just be sure to read the instructions on how to get into the front door and room as there is no staff on sight. The room is basic but clean, about 10-15 minutes from the train station, close to a lot of restaurants and a large Tesco supermarket. This is not a B&B, it is a self catering accomodation with no staff. As long as you understand that and are OK with that, it's a fine place to stay.
