It could do with a few basic cooking utensils and the microwave included in photograph was missing. Also the 4th dining chair was missing which could be necessary for a family of 4. The hob had not been cleaned and there were cobwebs in the living area.

Only a short bus ride into the city. We stopped using our car after the first day which was great. It was comfortable and generally well equipped, we cooked our own meals every night.

It wasn’t as clean as I’d hoped for from a private rental. We noticed quite a bit of dust, cobwebs hanging and bags of rubbish from previous rentals lefts outside the front door. Small attention to detail was missing such as the air freshener in bathroom empty, the dust on mirrors, the mention of a blanket being available on the sofa but there not being left and smelly pillows without pillow protectors.

The modern decor and layout of the flat was nice and homely. The location was good because it was out of the hustle and bustle of the city but right opposite the flat was a storage for the electric hire scooters which was convenient. The kitchen facility was useful and handy having access to a washing machine for a long weekend break.

Modern, Clean, Cosy and stylishly furnished apartment with everything we needed as a family. Short walk to a big Morrison supermarket and very close to a bus stop. Awesome staff with very quick response. Super-fast Wi-Fi. Highly recommend.

Instructions for the oven are needed. Instructions for the TV also. WiFi is on an extension lead which also has a lamp plugged in. This can be turned off. You then lose the WiFi, it took us quite a while to work that out.

A good kitchen with quite good equipment. A little more cutlery would be useful. Comfortable seating and beds. Furniture and extras simple but tasteful. Bathroom modern and a good shower.

cleaning needs more attention. The small grey table in the living room had a layer of dust and the vanity table in the bedroom felt unclean. There was hair in the shower and a clump of hair on the carpet in the bedroom. The rusty toilet roll holder is also unpleasant to look at it.

It was a little far into town, about a 40 minute walk. Navigating around the furniture to get to the bathroom set my ocd off.

Apartment was clean and tidy and the management team looked after any issues quickly. The area was very quiet.

Not many windows so little natural light in bedroom and none in bathroom. Hard to regulate temperature on hot days as only windows easy to open in living room.

No negatives - we really enjoyed our stay here.

What a fab apartment! The property exceeded our expectations - immaculate, comfortable and well equipped throughout. It is in a great location for getting into the city centre via public transport (the number 1 bus stop is just a couple of minutes' walk from the apartment, with buses running regularly), and there is also a pub and shops just five minutes' walk away. We also found the hosts to be very friendly, helpful and easily contactable; on the one occasion that we needed to contact them out of office hours, we were called back within minutes of us leaving a message. Details of how to access the property/ property location were provided prior to our visit, and we also really appreciated the tea, coffee and biscuits that were there upon our arrival! We had a fantastic stay and would absolutely love to come back here again.

The 10 O’clock check out was a bit challenging, especially on a Sunday.

We took our own breakfast, although did appreciate the tea, coffee and biscuits provided, thank you. Nice location, free parking was great. Safe area. We walked into the City or got a bus, which was easy, and a taxi back was about £8.
