Double bed too small~many sockets at ground level just didn't work~shame no breakfast service

Electricity is a mix of existing wiring with extension adapters going from room to room which is against h&s regulations. When our tv wouldn’t work it was because it was coming off a socket in the room above which worked when staff went in to turn on for us. My sister was in the front room which was noisy from 6am with deliveries in the square. I had opted to pay for the rooms on arrival when booking through booking.com which was confirmed via email yet the money was taken from my Account on the day I booked naughty naughty

Fabulous food at hotel the four of us had different meals all enjoyed. Staff were attentive and helpful. Hotel is in good location. Our room was at the back with lovely views

The property isn’t super modern but was perfect for what we needed, a comfy spot to crash after a long days biking.

Great location, tad noisy as over a pub but it all wrapped up about midnight. The staff were friendly and helpful assisting us with storing our bikes.

Only nitpicking stuff really. Tv a bit old, shower curtain a bit flimsy. Also nobody on hand for checkout had to come back half way through the morning to hand keys back.

Bedroom itself was lovely, bed was very comfortable with very good pillows. Room was clean and staff were very friendly and helpful.

Bathroom didn't have ventilation shaft, was a bit small. No breakfast served at hotel (having said that, I knew this would be the case prior to booking). Everything else was great

The noice was awful I had no sleep all night people fighting outside the window of the room and the noise from downstairs was awful

No parking , but public car park close in the harbour, beware and take note of your ticket as it’s auto camera and very unforgiving 🤬

Car parking ruined the stay for us. Most were only available on three hours at a time parking meters. Or with vastly over priced tickets. I don't think the town wants visitors

bathroom was really outdated and needed a good update and clean, metal work was rusty as you can see from photos and the bathroom floor towel looks years old and tired. Friday and Saturday the bar downstairs had karaoke and music until 3am so we had little sleep as we could hear it all. Other than that staff were nice.

The fact that they didn't know whether they were supposed to be a hotel or a nightclub. Rawdy customers until 2am so no chance of sleep. Bathroom was tiny and dirty. Bar staff were rude. No breakfast. Not at all value for money

Only stayed the one night this time, thursday. Lovely double room on second floor, nice view of the maes. Good bar downstairs, efficient check in, check out was simple.
