The floorboards are creaky! As we stayed in the ground floor I could other people above all night. Our bedroom floor was creaky too, so if someone in the room went to the toilet during the night you could hear.

bedroom arrangements need more Feng shui

It is located in a convenient place where you can hire a bicycle to take a ride, equipped kitchen which open 24/7. the staff is very friendly

Only downside was lack of screens around the beds which would have provided privacy.

Basic but well run hostel. Clean facilities & bathroom/shower. Very good location, close to Tube, shops etc and the area felt safe. Friendly staff. I felt safe as a solo traveller. You could get a continental breakfast that I did not avail of.

There was no elevator and it was really warm in the room

Good location near tube and supermarkets and on a quiet street. Really helpful staff who gave me an adapter to use for the length of my stay. It was clean and spacious and generally quiet and there were plenty of bathrooms and toilets.

In some bathrooms the light turns off automatically during the shower and I have to strength my arm out to the sensor area to activate it every 20 seconds, which is really annoying. I hope they can enforce a no-noise rule after 11pm.

I like that it has a male-only dorm (I’ll never stay at a mixed dorm with females!). Toilets are clean. Bed is comfortable. The travel pack is really helpful, which has shampoo, body wash, ear plus, eye mask etc. Front desk is helpful. Will come back

Female dorm showers were too small and not user friendly.

It was in Earls court near the underground and bus stops for a reasonable price. It had a well supplied clean kitchen. There was a comfy lounge and pleasant garden outback. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

The dormitory is okay, a bit dated and not super clean. The green lights on the ceiling and the shockingly loud fellow roommates didn't help me sleep one bit. confusing layout but guess that's due to the old nature of the house.

Lovely location and quieter than normal hostels, nice staff.. great price for a last minute booking. Nice bathrooms with a shower and toilet together at times.

I like the room , the bathroom was neat and most especially the lamp behind the bed and the socket. Will always visit any time I pass by. Is such a nice place with a serene environment.

Storage boxes in the room could be improved, and if I remember correctly the floor was a bit squeaky so it was hard to stay silent when I checked in at night. But that's just neat picking and definitely not a deal breaker.

Amazing staff and very clean, nice beds and showers! Mattress was very comfortable and with rubbery cover which means definitely no bed bugs, bed linen was crispy clean and soft.

The noise was absolutely ridiculous I've never know noise like it in a hostel if they got this under control I would of gave this hostel a 10/10 I will definitely return I just hope the noise will be sorted next time. Also the shower was freezing.

It was by far the cleanest hostel I've stayed in, in London and I've stayed in about 10 diffrent ones. Lockers are great in room and the USB charger port and light near bed are good.

the only problem is that the facilities are mostly old. every door of every room and closet sounds when you open them. I'm not saying to change the floor tiles but the doors can be easily fixed with oil.

the staff are friendly and welcoming. they even lend me a British charger socket for my time of stay instead of selling it to me.

Strange overhead green nightlight made it tough to sleep. Bring a sleep mask! Otherwise no major complaints or issues.

Great location close to the Earl’s Court metro station made it really easy to get around London. The area also had plenty of restaurant options and felt safe as a solo female traveler. Staff was really friendly and helpful. Even though they’re shared with other guests, I appreciated the private toilet/shower rooms…made it feel less like staying in a dorm to have a bit of privacy. Bed was comfortable enough and clean. Good sized locker for bag storage. Was able to leave a bag in the morning before checking in, and was able to check out for a really early morning flight with no issues.

There is a need for houserules in shared dorms. Some people are so immensely rude, coming in at 3am and repacking there suitcases with stupid noise.
