It was am amazing apartment in a fantastic location.

That we couldn't stay longer....

The location was perfect, as we were attending a concert in the town hall. The apartment is huge, and it was more space than we needed. Wishing now we had invited friends. It was a great spot to access all the shops bars and restaurants in the town. Parking was a bonus, too. It had everything you would need for a perfect self-catering weekend.

It would have been nice to have some lounge seating in the communal area. The bedroom at the end of the hallway didn't have a door. That room had no privacy at all. The very tight entrance to the parking area.

The location was excellent, the apartment was very clean and well stocked with a wide range of kitchen equipment and implements.

Not really a dislike, just limitations to be aware of: Access to parking is very narrow for a wide car or non-confident driver. Other free parking close by, however. Shower & WC in same room OK for us (family group) but be aware of this if in a mixed group of 6.

Location, centre of small town so everything within walking distance. Very happy to recommend.

We liked everything, the only thing I'd suggest with kids is maybe bringing a firestick since there isn't a smart TV but our kids didn't complain once there was always something they liked on free view.

The apartment is a hidden gem right in the middle of inverurie. It's bigger than you'd think, more than enough space for my family of 5. There's enough beds to sleep 8 people comfortably. The kitchen is big aswell as the bathroom & bedrooms are spacious too. We were celebrating our wedding & grandparents 60th anniversary, close to the droughthy laird for dinner & black bull inn for drinks & the band unforgiven. We had an amazing weekend. They allowed for late checkout with the remembrance parade too. We're looking forward to staying again in future.

Only thing missing from the kitchen was a tea towel and some kitchen roll!!! Everything else you could possibly need was there.

Everything was really good. It was great being able to contact the owner directly as the heating needed to be adjusted.

The hum of the electricity from the shops below that is through the night. Not such an issue when I put my earplugs in. So if you're sensitive to this type of noise make sure you pack some. Only slight negative point and would not stop me returning. Too many airfresheners, had to out out of the main flat.

Yvi was lovely and friendly in arrival. The place is really big and is like a home from home wirh some of the essentials to save you bringing thinks like oil, salt and pepper etc.

The free parking is down a very narrow lane (very difficult for a larger vehicle). The rooms could use some blackout curtains.

Very spacious flat with tons of room. Recently upgraded. It has a dishwasher (rare in the UK). The host provided us a lot of extra towels in case we opted to go to the beach. The kitchen had all of the utensils you need and multiple sets of dishes (so you don’t need to do dishes midway through a meal). Host was very responsive and friendly. Great location in the heart of Inverurie (but you don’t get much noise)

Loved the property! Everything internally was of high quality; beds were extremely comfortable, everything was immaculately clean and the bonus for us is that there was minimal decorative items! We were travelling with kids so it’s usually a worry that they’ll damage something! Yvi was a wonderful host and we’ll definitely be staying again

Very spacious rooms which were lovely and clean, Yvi was very friendly and welcoming. Very well stocked kitchen cupboards and drawers. Brilliant central location, off street parking. Very comfy beds. We had an absolutely wonderful weekend and wouldn't hesitate to book again.

Our stay was over too soon!

Great location. Loads to keep us busy in Inverurie and a great base for exploring further afield. Yvi and Josh were very welcoming and breakfast in their cafe was excellent.

Very narrow drive, parking issues as got asked to move twice by different sources who told me I was in their spaces, was described as 3 bedrooms but 3rd bedroom had no door and was possibly the lounge before, as only seating area was the kitchen table.

I don't know where people who gave good reviews usually stay, but this place is more of a hostel than holiday accommodation. If you are driving a modern vehicle of a reasonable size, DO NOT attempt to park in allocated parking. The alleyway is so tight you will damage the car. The bedroom doesn't have a door. The only place to sit and chill in the evening is a kitchen chair. Mattresses several inches smaller than the bed frame. The radiator in one of the bedrooms blasting the heat away, we had to sleep with the window open. Bathroom towels thin like sandpaper and smell of cigarette smoke. Both front doors can only be opened with good force. One of the doors is rotten, and it was a struggle to lock at night after the rain. The host doesn't care about any of it. She simply said it's not her problem. And an hour after we left, she messaged, demanding 250 pounds for damaged mattress. I don't believe that mattress cost that much brand new. Her accusation was to counteract my complaint to her and booking.com on my arrival. There was no damage done to it.
