The room lacked convenient details like a towel hook, a toiletries shelf in the shower, a clothes hook here and there Our three person room had the second bed located up a stair and in its own little room on the top, which was fine but the electric control board was wired wrong so that when light on/off were switched upstairs it also controlled the lights downstairs - annoying The bathroom was very dark

The room I stayed in had a long walk to the bed and the bed was awkwardly placed. I’m not exaggerating, it had a really long walk down a ramp to the end of the room. 7 meters maybe. It’s not a problem for myself, but it could be if someone was elderly or less able.

Extremely pleasant staff. Really lovely room and air conditioning was a miracle. Shower was amazing and bathroom was wonderful. Extremely helpful, clean and enjoyable.

Just as a suggestion I would say that adding plugs to charge electronic devices, in the upper area of the bunk beds, would make the stay more comfortable.

Very good service and personal. Everything was very clean and cared for. Good communication with the public transports and walking from some of the principal transports stops. All snacks offered such as coffee or chocolate, very careful and in more than abundant quantities considering that the stay was only one night.

I want to tell you about the family room, electric curtains, they do not open, something is stuck and did not open, although they should check before moving in, the shower is not comfortable, there are no banal shelves in the middle of the cabin for putting shampoo, and there is still no normal drainage , all the water went into the room

The rooms are incredibly small. Smaller than I remembered! And I'm not a fan of the frosted glass for the shower/toilet - not much privacy.

Amazing location, able to walk to so much. The room was really quiet too. Would definitely book again. Staff were nice and friendly!

Rooms are small, but that’s a fact in one of most popular cities in the world.

Great location! The Theems, musicals, British museum are all just a few minutes away. Just take a walk and explore the great city of London. Very friendly staff and a lot of restaurants, coffee bars and a supermarket nearby.

The room is just so small, that you cannot open 2 medium luggage bags at one time. The shower and washroom is just like 1m apart with the bed.

The location is pretty easy to access underground tubes and buses, with these, you can go any key locations at London.

The room was exceptionally small. It would be fine for a person on their own with not much luggage, but very tight for two people.

The Hotel room was far smaller than anticipated, and not ideal for sharing with a colleague as we both had luggage which we barely had space to store in the room. The room was clean, and functional but at £300 for a night, it was exceptionally expensive for what it was. The staff were friendly and helpful. We did not eat there, but we did have a drink in the bar, which was perfectly pleasant.

THe room is really quite small, and although I knew that when I booked, it was still quite a tight squeeze. I needed an ironing board and it barely fit in the room.

Lovely entrance reception and bar area. Great wine and cheese night. Friendly staff and the location was truly excellent, I Was there for work and needed to be in Holborn.

It's a little expensive, but you're paying for the location more than anything, which in London comes at a premium. The room was comfortable for a solo traveller, but you might be pushed with a couple of space.

The hotel is in a good location, with easy access to shops, restaurants and public transport. The rooms are pretty small, but very functional. Everything was clean, neat and check-in was easy and friendly. Overall a good place to stay.

Small rooms, but that was expected

The rooms were small, but had everything we needed. They were clean and freshened up every day of the stay. The location was perfect and the staff was wonderful. We took the Tube or bus everywhere and walked to many places.
