Mattress could have been more comfortable

Property was in an excellent location, and there was someone available 24 hours a day at the desk. My room was clean (and thoroughly cleaned daily), and the rooms were very efficiently made so I didn’t feel crammed! I liked the dashboard on the wall that controlled the lights, blinds, bathroom, etc.

Noise from next door up to 11pm. And shower head was leaking. No wall socket close to the kettle.

It did feel like a box with little space in the corridor to even change. But once we moved the stool out from under the desk it acted as storage and a place to sit.

I paid extra for a room with a window, but the window was so small (not worth having) & looked out on to an alley / rubbish bins. The bed was really hard / uncomfortable. The room / bathroom needs a thorough clean / vacuum.

The location is great (short walk from Holburn tube) The staff were very friendly & helpful. The shower was great The room was a bit bigger than expected

Experience was amazing and upsides by far outweight the downsides. Didn’t like a couple of things only: 1) The fact that the bathroom door was kinda transparent. We totally get the small bedroom and bathroom but couldn’t understand this choice. 2) Plus, I also didn’t like that they charge 15% service fee as default when dining in. Should be optional.

Oh such a great hotel! It was beyond expectations, especially the service. We did not get the buffet breakfast but we ate sandwiches in the morning and had the complimentary cheese + wine and pizza another night. Service was quick and food, delicious. Location is excellent, you are in the middle of key locations. If you fabcy walking, you can walk almost everywhere. The lobby is great and convenient, and the vibe as well. Furthermore, we vould check in a bit esrlier and leave luggage after check-out without extra fee - which it seems some hotels in London (only) are doing!

I tried to book direct, but couldn't, but there was availability on booking.com so booked through that, this meant I couldn't get cheese and wine.

Tea and coffee was located nowhere near a plug so that was a bit of a challenge!

Really convenient location and we were able to check in early and leave our bags after checking out to collect later. The cheese and wine evening was a lovely surprise and because it was tipping down with rain they gave us an umbrella too!

Need a little bit more storage/hanging space

Loved the tv at the end of the bed. Had Sky TV as well. Room was small but had all we needed. Staff were great and helped in every way.

We had a lovely welcome, very friendly and helpful man at Reception (sorry I didn't get his name) Great location close to the underground and easy walking distance to covent garden and beyond! As expected the room was very small, very well done though with everything we needed. Breakfast was OK, just the basics to keep you going until later! Bed was quite comfy but pillows not so much. The staff were very nice so I'm sure they'd have changed them if I'd asked but i didn't realise until I went to bed.

The bed was too hard. This seems to be common in Z Hotels and is the only reason I didn't give it 10/10 as I didn't get the best night's sleep as a result.

The hotel is clean, tidy and also extremely quiet, which makes a lovely change. I'm a big fan of the blackout style of the room and the modern fixtures and fittings.

The room I stayed in the 7th floor was too small; you could barely move around. No closet space, no table or a chair. Too cramped.

The Z Hotel is great value for money for their excellent central location and for the great service. The staff are wonderful. The room was perfect for one person with confortable bed and good shower. There is a water fountain to fill bottles and reduce plastic waste - I really appreciate that.

There's no safe. No storage - could do with a little shelf maybe.

The staff were lovely. The breakfast was decent (amazing coffee). The complimentary drinks were a lovely touch. It was very clean. The air conditioning/heating worked beautifully. It's perfect for a short stay in London. There's not a lot of space for luggage, so ensure you don't overpack.

No room to walk round the bed .Which meant that my spouse had to climb over me to get to the toilet.
