Appreciate the stay was cheap however it was disappointing the rooms were not cleaned daily. Also would have liked a TV in the room. Was surprised there was a service charge for leaving bags of £15. The cafe didn’t offer hot food for breakfast

Perfect location , right in the middle of everything , barely even needed to use the tube. The aesthetic of the hotel was lovely and the stay was really good for the price. Also staff were super friendly and keen to ensure you had a good stay

The lack of lighting, particularly in the foyer; the lack of windows, particularly in the rooms.

The locations was fantastic and the reception staff were friendly and helpful. The only issue was how dark the corridors are, particularly the foyer, are. The lack of windows or air conditioning, particularly in the rooms, made it a somewhat unusual experience too.

The bathroom wasn't as clean as previous stays. The sink had dirt and hair in it, and almost an empty toilet roll left out on display.

FANTASTIC LOCATION is ideal for a central Stay easy access to tube. Noise cancelling rooms, Check-in has improved, and it seems a lot more straightforward with no queues this time. Great communication via WhatsApp prior to visiting and easy to speak to someone with my enquiry. Comfortable beds.

Third stay here, first time had just opened. Pillows awful only one per person No hand towels and very poor quality towels Bathroom not clean enough. £15 per bag storage charge! Free first time £10 last time now ridiculous. £40 early check in or £30 luggage storage ! Room was available so seems excessive.

No windows, no where to put your stuff. Maybe a small bench in the room would be helpful. You need to pay for the use of hair dryer. That’s not right for what you pay.

- £15 charge for keeping suitcase before or after check in/out times - no wardrobe or storage space for suitcase or clothes. 2 small coat hangers which didn’t hold very much. - room only gets cleaned on demand which could be an additional cost meaning no clean towels or floor towels

- room is perfect for people who like a pitch black silent room as when the lights go out there is no light or sound.

Unfortunately, at first we were given an unclean room with stains on the mattresses. Parts of the hotel seem quite run down.

The configuration of the shower doesn't have a door, so water would splash all over the bathroom. We hated that we had to be careful and conscious of water splashing. In addition, room cleaning is only on demand or can be sparse in general, so the wet floor towel was rarely changed out. Small annoyance, but we ultimately got by. They also don't provide a hairdryer in the room, which was really unusual for a hotel these days.

The experience of checking in and out was very smooth. There's plenty of elevators and so nothing ever feels crowded. The lack of windows seems odd at first, but you really get to tune out the busy world of Piccadilly. So, no windows is actually a blessing, considering how well we slept. The staff were extremely pleasant as well. And there's security at night, making sure that you stay safe. We also loved the beds. They were super comfy. Bonus, the provided soaps smelled so so good. I wanted to buy a bottle.

Only 4 sockets in a room for 6 people (all of them at the bed end), no socket in the bathroom (to use the hair dryer), mattresses were very soft, no storage room (not even a small bench)

Too claustrophobic for a family of 4. The washroom is semi-transparent which made us feel awkward using the washroom or taking the shower while the rest of the whole family is sitting/resting facing towards the washroom

Breakfast is served next door at Coyote Grill and it's pretty poor. I could have got a much better breakfast at a local coffee shop.

Unbeatable location, although the entrance is not at all welcoming. The room had everything I needed for a one-night stay. I slept really well as the hotel is so well soundproofed.

Somewhere to at least hang your clothes would be preferred. It's a room to sleep in and nothing more.

Great if minimalist suits, room is silent and you get total blackout when you turn off lights for sleep.

The front desk had no hair dryers. The vending machine sold power converters, but were displaying only UK side up. So after buying one found out it was EU to UK not US. Waste of money, and no help from the front desk (different companies apparently). Also, no available coffee until 7? Oof. That was a walk to Starbucks!

- Had to pay extra for luggage storage on our departure day (15 Pounds per bag) - Were staying for 3 Nights and asked every day for an extra duvet. Each time we were told that they would bring one in 20-30 minutes. Never received one. - Since there are no windows it can get a little sticky since you cannot air out the room. The lack of windows also doesn't help the horrible lighting (terrible to do your make up).

There were zero basic facilities provided eg no kettle. More toilet paper could also be given. We had 3 pax staying for 2 nights and the hotel only gave 1 roll of toilet paper. There was only rain shower in the toilet but no shower caps were provided. Receptionist gave conflicting instructions about paying extra 60 pounds to get a room early - she offered but room was not ready. We had to wait for quite some time (about 40 mins?) for the room to be ready. The luggage deposit option was also payable at 15 pounds per luggage.

Location is the best thing about this hotel. Beds were clean and comfortable.
