Our room was very far down and the internet did not always work very well.

The location and the views over the Caldera were spectacular. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. As Santorini is so busy, it was wonderful to stay in a small boutique hotel.

The only thing I can say that I did not like was that I had to leave! It was perfection!

I do not even know where to start on how exceptional everything was! From the first moment we were greeted until we checked out it was just heaven! The room was so unique. The staff treated us like royalty. I love this place...yes, it was expensive but worth every penny. I felt connected to every staff member and they were as beautiful as the island they call home. Kudos to a job well done and a fantastic memory etched in my soul!

Let me give it to you straight: Santorini is a marvel. The entire island offers up views of the Aegean Sea that make you question whether or not your eyes are deceiving you. Add in the unique magic of The Andronis Boutique Hotel and reality becomes even harder to fathom. If it were any more gorgeous, travelers might think they were experiencing some sort of hoax, trick of the mind, or optical illusion. Perhaps that’s why they welcome you with a delicious glass of homemade sangria as soon as you arrive–so that your senses have time to adjust to the stunning panorama that surrounds you. After the reception team gives you an explanation of the hotel grounds and maps out some of the main attractions in the town of Oia, they will lead you to your room. Be prepared for your jaw to hit the floor, again. All of the suites are built into the side of a cliff wall. According to a local tour guide, many of the hotel suites in the area were originally used by the Spartans as strategic look-out points. The caves were later occupied by Grecian fishermen, before eventually being remodeled into luxury hotel suites. Each suite has its own terrace and hot tub and unobstructed view of royal blue water below. It’s the cavernous feel of the suites that makes you feel extra warm and cozy while staying with Andronis. Everything has a bit of a round edge; the white stone walls have retained some of their original curves, the ceiling is slightly arched, the doorways are arched, and even the shower has a domed-shape overhead and smooth stone underfoot. If you’re a Lord of the Rings fan, you might feel like you’re a Hobbit with your own little apartment in The Shire.

Legitimately everything was perfect!

The only very small down side of our room was the hot pool was not so private, as other guests can see as well as other passer by from the main street in Oia, and there were constantly staff working close-by above our room in the afternoon before sunset for the duration of our stay. However, this did not really impact the exceptional service we received during our stay.

The service was exceptional. We were greeted by staff at the taxi stop to guide us back to the hotel reception (as the car cannot park at the hotel) and given wine. Snacks and wine greeted us in the room. The room was constantly re-stocked with water, twice a day or any time we needed. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room service daily was exceptional. Not only the room was cleaned, sheet changed and re-supplied, but the cleaner organized our things to make everything easier for us. The buffet breakfast selection was vast, and the staff were willing to go extra miles (eg early check-up breakfast delivery available between 4-8am and it was delivered on time at the requested 6am and packed in take away boxes).

Friendly staff and excellent breakfast. Best location in Oia in my opinion. Some other hotels are tucked away with lots of steps to reach the hotel reception. Andronis Boutique is located on the main walkway of Oia.

I loved everything!

All the staff were very attentive and kind. Breakfast buffet was delicious! The views were amazing. And my suite was so spacious, clean, & comfy. Will definitely stay more nights the next time I’m in Santorini!

The stairs can be challenging, however, it's part of the unique and breathtaking landscape of Santorini.

The rooms are unique and have exceptional sea views. The staff and facilities are 5 star! The location in Oia is also excellent.

The breakfast service was quite slow, but I am nit-picking here.

The room was spectacular with an amazing view of the Caldera. Loved the cave style bathroom and private hot tub on the terrace. Dinner at Lauda was exceptional and the staff could not be more helpful. Our luggage was lost and they worked tirelessly to help locate them. Cannot say enough positives about the Andronis Boutique Hotel and it's top-notch staff!

Too many stairs
