The location is perfect, walking distance to the beach (2 min). The apartment is very clean and the overall impression is better than presented in the pictures. It is being cleaned every day. The beds are very comfortable. The beach nearby is beautiful. We recommend taverna South wind with very kind personnel, offering two sunbeds and umbrella for 10 eur if you order drink or lunch (end of August). There is a big parking space in front of the apartment. We are for sure planning to come again in the future and we will recommend it to our friends.

Close to the road- can be noisy at night. Air-co stopped working during my last night, which was quite inconvenient. Checked in the morning and it was still not working. Be careful with the kettle - tried to make tea and water would not stop boiling, so I grabbed it by the handle and burnt my finger.

Location next to the beach- very convenient! Nice owners, convenient check-out at 12. A confortable room. Very comfortable bed and pillows.

Bathrooms need some refreshment but that's really only very small minus to the overall expirience for that property.

The location is very good, quiet and very close to the beach. We were under impresion of cleaneless and every day cleaning service! Very good communication and help from the owner of the property.

Everything was great!

Very clean, away from hustle n bustle of main tourist area but only 2 blocks from the beach. Plenty of parking, cleaned and supplied clean towels as often as needed, kitchenette w/ 2 burner hot plate, fridge n sink, pour over coffee funnel, wine bottle opener!, AC, clothes line, outside fitting area- both on the porch n in the yard under umbrella, beach towels available, outdoor shower. Everything we needed for a wonderful stay.

Beautiful location in Perivolos - just a few minutes’ walk from the beach and the nearest bus station to head back towards central Fira. The hosts were extremely helpful and welcoming, and the room was perfect. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Santorini!

There is a problem getting fresh meat nearby, you need to go to bigger market or bigger city than that. Buses were almost never on time so we rented atv ... which was 90euros for 3 days ... for me that is expensive.

I love how you can get to the beach in 4 min or less, it was just around the corner. So many restaurants, bars, shisha tasting, small marcets etc. The room was clean, traditional bathroom, we had a small electric cooker so a lot of times we made lunch ourselves. the owners were such a nice people, she even gave me a handmade ornament she did herself.

The only thing that could have made the experience better would have been the use of sunbeds, whilst there is outside seating the grounds were large and each unit could have made use of them just to chill.

The apartment was basic but everything you needed, the hosts were brilliant and couldn't do enough for you. Athina and her partner are very friendly and helpful. we never cooked in the apartment but everything you'd need was there, air condition was very good and believe me you needed it, nice and quiet so it could be left on all night if needed. It was a short walk to the beach and bar/restaurants and I can state that we tried a different restaurant every night and could fault any of the food, some were very good and some were excellent. Back to the room, cleanliness was absolutely brilliant, Athina and her partner came every day at 10 am, cleaned and made the beds and every two days bedding and towels were changed. Sad to leave but even the leaving process was good, they have a locked cabinet to leave luggage and even gave a small handmade token for the ladies, highly recommended, don't expect luxury but expect that personal touch that's missing in hotels.

Large amount of space and all appliances worked well. Staff very attentive and made sure everything worked ok (when a light bulb was broken they fixed it instantly). Location was perfect, 3 mins from great beach and not far from bus stop.

Unfortunately, there was no coffeemaker but everything else was great.

The location is great, the coast is really near. The place is quiet and calm, the accommodation was clean with regular cleaning. Athina (the owner) is really nice and helpful. We will definitely return in the spring to watch the flowers blooming.

It's written that they have Wi-Fi but when you connect it lasts less than 15 seconds. So if you really need it don't count on it at all

so the Wi-Fi didn’t work the entire time we were there, and the people who work there speak very limited English so we couldn’t really ask them very much about the area, bus times etc. but I guess it is budget accom so you get what you pay for! the bus stop is closeby BUT late at nighttime it didn’t stop there and went straight to perissa and then we had to walk 26 minutes back at 3am when we were super tired.

Major pipe blockage in the bathroom due to which half the studio was filled with water, although the host was very quick to clean and resolve the issue. The WiFi didn't work during the whole four days of stay.
