Staff member at breakfast was rude when he said we were not on list for breakfast included...when I pointed to our name he jyst huffed and said ..not his fault

We stayed here overnight because walking distance to ferry port and restaurants. Staff were friendly, and they were great as they held our luggage for the day until our 9pm ferry left.

There is no space at the hotel to park when checking in, but parking is available across the street at the Ferry Terminal for 3 Euros/day. (you can park for 5-10 mins in a residential parking spot on the street if one is available)

The room was very comfortable and located almost directly across the street from the Ferry Terminal, a mere two minute walk in the morning. The balcony faced the pier and provided nightly entertainment of the harbour activities. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly.

We stayed there to take the early ferry but pleasantly suprised by the proxamity to all the restaurants, stores and all the attractions. Great breakfast and the breakfast staff was really polite and attantive. We were leaving really early the second night stay they arranged a little breakfast with cakes and coffee in the lobby, what a pleasant people

Best location near port -6-8 mins, 5 mins from local bus stop for Knosses, 8-10 mins to central bus station. Close to everything. Lovely reception manager and good buffet brekky for 8 euro

Mainly 2 issues: no way to totally block out light from the balcony, and no air-change system in the bathroom.

Hotel's location was great: we had a super view on the pier at breakfast (consumed at 6th floor). There was a good variety overall

The breakfast room, which is on the rooftop with amazing views is not open outside of breakfast hours. It would have been great to be able to use that room to lounge.

The bathroom needs to be upgraded. Wi-fi needs to be strengthened.

The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was really nice, big variety to choose from. Overall, the room was comfortable and clean, with very nice sea view. The location of the hotel is convenient with direct and close access to the city center.

I did like most of it except that i booked for 2 beds but we end up in 1 large bed...i prefer 2 separate beds coz my friend is always moving while sleeping that's why i booked 2 beds online

The bathroom had some mould. I was on a different floor to a previous visit and the room quality wasn't the small at all.

Really friendly helpful staff. Breakfast is included. However, I was leaving too early to avail of it. The staff arranged for coffee and a small continental breakfast in the lobby.

Some furniture especially bathroom would use reconstruction. Someone was moving furniture in the room above me and it was really loud so I couldn't sleep in the morning

Its a little bit noisy with noises coming from the hallway with some reverb. Probably from elevator door or something like that. Also some black mold in the shower at the waterscreen. But besides that a very nice hotel i would recommend.

Perfect location. Small walk to the city centre and near the Port parking which was only €3,- per day. Nice museum in the street near hotel. Breakfast on the 6th floor with viewings on to the venetion fort.

The room was much smaller than expected. It was too tight for 2 beds and did not leave much room for storage. The bathroom was struggling for space.

The location of the hotel is very ideal and easily reachable. Being close to the city center was a big plus. The breakfast was GREAT and stall was very cordial. The ocean view was very nice. the hotel is a walk away from very good food courts and coffee place and easily accessible to port and main road.

Bit noisy, I would sleep with the window open.

The room was spacious, a bit dated, but clean. Location was good as it was within walking distance into the town centre. I only stayed one night to get to the airport the next day.
