Beautiful setting on Sea of Galilee. Watching the sunrise over the sea from the beach was on of my favorite memories. The staff was kind and helpful. I enjoyed meeting other vacationers.

You can't enter the sea, these is a lot of mud and the smell is not good. It's too bad because the beach have a lot of potential and it's location is amazing!

The outside is beuatiful and they have a lot of places to seat and relax on the grass. The pool is great and the beach bar is good! The shared kitchen has a lot of useful facilities. The party / show every sunset is amazing!

Beach is not good, mood and no chance to go to the water. Shower didn't work good - we have water in room all the time after shower. Stuff was slowly. No enough refrigerators in kitchen.

Amazing location, very nice pool, good vibes. I like night show at the evenings and classes during day. Beds was comfortable.

Perfect location with a view to both the Golan heights and Mount Arbel. Great vibe with both the staff and the awesome people who arrived as travelers. Yoga studio - amazing view to the Kinneret and a great instructor!

What can be improved (significantly)- there’s no service from the restaurant in the pool area. So to order snacks or drinks you need to walk down all the way to the beach (and in 1000 degrees it’s a big hassle) Also, the service in the beach bar is very bad. You need to wait 15 min until someone notices you. But everything else was great

I was pleasantly surprised by the facilities- the rooms, the pool and the beach. The place has great vibes- young and chill, great for a group of travelers. I absolutely LOVED that we could bring our dog - she had the time of her life!

the bartender wouldn't give us ice (even if we paid) and there was no people in the hotel at all!!!! most furniture is dirty and not maintained properly- if you look closely things are broken and dirty. kitchen was very dirty when we came. refrigerators were stinky. but in the last day of our stay they cleaned it after we asked.

There were no clear instructions as to rules of guests conduct, especially at night, after hours. The rooms are small and the walls are extremely thin. I'm 7 months pregnant and was hoping for a reasonable night's sleep, but the room next to us was having a party with loud music almost non stop from 12 am till 5 am. No one was monitoring guests conduct during those hours. Added to the fact there are no clear rules of conduct - I didn't get much sleep. This also thanks to the too soft bed.

The location is excellent, right on the Kineret. In terms of food and drinks, there's no problem. There's also a kitchen available for guests to keep their food and prepare their own meals.

Unfortunately, the hotel administration seems to be disorganized. When I arrived, nobody was at the reception and there was a handwritten sign in Hebrew with a mobile phone, but nothing written in English for tourists. We called this number and got in touch with the hotel staff, that said that they tried to reach me to cancel my reservation but there was no information about it on the booking platform (PS: everything was already paid and confirmed on Booking). In the end, he handled the situation and "allowed" us to stay in the booked room. It was a very uncomfortable situation... I don't understand why the hotel was so empty and disorganized regarding the administration because the space and facilities themselves are great, but the experience...

The facilities of the hotel are great. Everything looks brand new, with a cozy architectural style.
