Some guests may find the vibrant nightlife too loud. However, if you see a light sleeper, earplugs are provided.

The staff exhibited outstanding warmth and eagerness to help, always guaranteeing a seamless experience during our visit. The room had a charming retro feel and was also very comfortable, providing all the necessary amenities. Navigli has quirky charm and lively nightlife scene, definitely worth a visit.

The staff were really friendly and helpful. It was my girlfriend’s birthday and they upgraded us for free to the best room of the hotel, which was super huge and pretty. They even gave us some free cakes and a birthday card. The buffet breakfast was fantastic as well. Wish we had stayed longer. Would totally recommend

All consumption mini bar included in price, not really impressive and all you get are 2 waters and 2 cokes. However when asked to replace the cokes with beer that was done very easily. Need to include creamer with in room coffee.

Excellent location, really buoyant area with plenty of atmosphere, restaurants and bars. Only 10min walk to Duomo center. Staff really helpful, polite and engaging. English speaking great. Restaurant really impressed, superb food, wine and menu choice. Having a skyline balcony to my room was brilliant, especially if you like a smoke. Very, very pleasantly surprised and will definitely stay there again. Slightly over priced in my view.

The only negative comment I have is the unpleasant odor that appeared at the bathroom once or twice - forcing us to ventilate the room.

Actually everything. First of all - the stuff, friendly, helpful, ready to assist on any request, The room - standard double room is modern, well equipped, comfortable bed, showers, etc. Really a pleasant room. The restaurant - rich breakfast, but also very tasty dinner and lunch. for the several days of our stay we ate on dinner and twice lunch - and every time it was fabulous. Pastas and meat portions where delicious.

Hanging space for clothing was directly above the coffee/tea making facilities. You would have to move your clothes otherwise they would get steamed when boiling the kettle.

Friendly and generous staff. Nice roof terrace and bar. Food was good to. When the staff found out our stay was to celebrate our wedding anniversary it was a nice touch for the gift we received.

I booked the mezzanine bed room which was a bit unusual- if you're not steady on your feet then opt for a normal room as there is an unusual staircase/ladder. Great to have exercise equipment in the room though and loads of space.

Staff make a place and they couldn't have been any better at 21 stories of navigli. So helpful, fun and polite. Rooftop pool was a star find!! Breakfast was brilliant. Location AMAZING. Navilgi is the best area of Milan for food, drinks and atmosphere by far.

Nothing really. The location is in the middle of Navigli, so during the night there is a bit of confusion from the local bars and people outside. But, I guess, that is also part of the interest for the hotel.

The hotel is modern, nice and extremely comfortable. I stayed in the suite (thanks for the upgrade :-)), which was ample, clean and cozy. The common rooms were extremely comfortable and I could work there in the morning. But what was incredible is the terrace: a fantastic view of 360° of Milan, with a small pool and two bars. Fantastic!

As it is located in lively navigli neighborhood, parties last till 3-4 am and sound isolation in rooms are not perfect, if you want a silent night, maybe need to get a room looking at the other direction, overall sound isolation in rooms could be better, that is the only downside of the hotel

Everything about this place is likable. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The food is great, and the drinks are top of the tops for Milan. All in all, it was one of the best hotels I ever stayed in.
