Our was apartment 4, The location is excellent, but the day we came we where not able to park in front of the place. Nobody warn us, plus the two floors by stairs with all our luggage. The heating of the apartment in really hard to balance. The place is very clean and simple. You will have all you’ll need for a short trip. The wifi is poor. The bathroom is big and modern. The second room with a single bed is weard, you have to cross through the main room to reach the single bed place and of course pass through again to reach the bathroom. We could manage but is good to know in advance, we didn’t. Facing cold nights, cause the heating didn’t reach the rooms very well till the second night we could make it. The wifi was always bad… in the living room you have unestable signal but in the rooms, nothing.

Beautiful location and attention to detail with the apartment was outstanding. Apartment has everything you could need and the hosts had stocked up on food which was a lovely surprise. Very comfortable bed and welcoming clean presentation. Nothing more to ask for really! And the hosts themselves were very kind and helpful - only shame was my lack of Italian, as I would have liked to have got to know them better :)

Nothing really - although I’m a light sleeper and barking dogs in the night caused me to use my my earplugs after which I slept soundly!

The apartment was large and spacious Adele provided great instructions to access the apartment which made checkin very easy. Elevator available which made moving luggage up to our room easy. There were a couple of stairs to get up to the elevator but they weren’t a problem. Kitchen was well equipped. Beds were comfortable and we didn’t hear much outside noise.

Very central, short walking distance to duomo or Uffizi, good parking close, very clean, very quiet, nice view from the balcony, well equiped, excellent wifi, easy to heat, easy access with door code (no keys!).

A quirky and unique place to stay in an excellent location with friendly staff. Good facilities, lovely breakfast, nice view from my window and comfortable, clean room overall :)

Difficult to sleep due to noises from upstairs and next door (other guests?) carrying easily - downsides of an old building I guess!
