Great staff, good breakfast. There was a fitness room which is always appreciated. The place was very clean and comfortable. Room was tight but had enough space to do whatever you needed and it was well equipped, no complaints there whatsoever. The dining room could be used as a coworking space with lots of space and areas to work from!

The staff were super friendly. Helpful and attention to details. Restaurants and bars are not far away. Supermarket is reachable on foot too. There is a fit room which is accessible 24/7, and a laundry room if needed. Room was clean and bright. The terrace on the ground floor was really beautiful.

The hotel staff was really friendly and professional during our stay. They helped us with everything we needed and then some! The room was exceptionally clean and had all the equipment we could imagine needing. There were also some out-of-charge snacks and drinks in the mini bar.

Front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. Room and bed were clean and comfortable. Located near shopping boulevard and restaurants with varied cuisine (Indian, Chinese hot pot) as well as traditional Italian. Lots of extras, which were nice surprise. Highly recommend.

I think it would be more environmentally friendly to use ceramic cup for drinking hot water and a glass or plastic cup for teeth brushing instead of paper cups in the room.

Spotlessly clean and neat rooms, spacious bathroom and shower space. Lovely common areas including a restaurant, beautiful al fresco, terraced dining areas and even a garden, where everyone can just hang around and chill out anytime. Sumptuous breakfast buffet. Also lots of restaurants nearby.

Location wasn't ideal, but I knew that when booking. However, it was only roughly a 40 minute walk or 15 minutes by metro to the centre of town.

Breakfast: a lot of positions (like e.g. vegetables) were not refilled on time, so you got them empty and if you wanted it you should monitor for that. What is strange The elevator: too slow. Need to wait for a long time in the morning, because all the rooms are on 4-5 floor. Of course you can use the stairs but with a stroller and a little baby it is not the option

The location, clean rooms with everyday cleaning. Free staff as water and other things in the minibar + guests sweet presents. Possibility to refill water. Good soundproofing. Comfortable beds and bathroom.

Loved it. If you are going to Milano this is the best place to stay. Everything was great. The hotel and room looked amazing and the staff was very friendly. The breakfast was excellent as well. I will definitely stay here if I find myself in Milano again! :)

Very convenient location, two metro stops from central station or a 40 mins walk to the centre. Very clean comfortable room, and quiet, also kettle and mini bar. The lounge and bar area had a great vibe and all staff super friendly, and very welcoming to my dog and I. Thanks for a great stay!!

Some materials in the room are not in 100% function but It’s not the big deal.

Location is quite good, you can connect with just 7 mins walk to Piola Station(M2) or 10 mins walk to Loreto Station(M1) and the path is not rough for your luggage. Hotel is new and clean both the room and common area. Staff also nice especially all the waiters they’re very enthusiastic and considerate. If you love croissant, don’t miss their breakfast.

The wifi signal inside the room is a bit poor, but still acceptable.

One of the best hotels in Milan. The staff was polite and friendly, always ready to help. The rooms are really nicely designed, you could find inside everything you need. And they're doing everything in a creative way. On things that I'm facing for the first time in my life THEY HAVE TAP NEAR THE RECEPTION FROM WHERE YOU COULD REFILL WATER AS MUCH AS YOU WHAT. Also they have a really beautiful terrace where you could go out smoking or just having a pleasure. I really feel the Italian mood inside the hotel much more than outside of it 😄 Highly recommending this hotel.

Excellent hotel, beautiful cozy room with a great design, very clean and comfortable. Also the staff is very kind and helpful, what a great team! You can walk from the Milano Centrale (15-20 minutes), but there is also a metro station near the hotel. The neighbourhood is quiet and nice. There are supermarkets near the hotel, also restaurants. The breakfast is delicious, lots of choices. They also serve very good food in the evening. I really loved this place, I highly recommend it.

I think it’s the best hotel for its price. Good breakfast and everything was clean. The receptionist called a taxi for me after checking out and helped with my baggage.
