The service is very good yet not excellent (eg. lacking of some amenities in the bathroom, relatively long waiting time at the reception). The cleaning of the place is correct but could be a bit stronger. But nothing that impacts the overall very good impression.

Beautiful Hotel. Stunning location on the river, just out of the busy areas so lovely and quiet to relax. Hosts were fabulous , nothing was a bother for them. Breakfast was amazing quality, lots of variety and the areas were gorgeous and beautifully decorated, not to forget the rooftop terrace with fantastic views. We will definitely return to this hotel on our next trip to Florence!

Hardpressed to post anything we didnt like. There was no TV but really who needs a TV when youre in this beauiful awe inspiring city

There were so many things that my husband and I loved about the hotel: Location: it was approx 15 minutes from the tourist attractions and the train station (SMN). We were doing a few daytrips so this was perfect. We did not have to take a cab or metro anywhere. We just walked. We also preferred to stay away from the hustle and bustle of the tourist areas. The walk back to the hotel was perfect along the Arno or through the cute neighbourhood. It is also a very safe area as it appears to be close to Embassy Row so there is much security. Very very quiet. Couldn't have asked for a better location. This is a boutique hotel so there are only 14 rooms. Staff and breakfast: Very helpful staff. The breakfast was excellent with a selection of fresh fruit, cheese, meats, bread, croissants. There is also an a la carte menu where you can choose from freshly prepared omlettes, pancakes etc. This breakfast is included in the hotel rate. We stayed in the deluxe junior suite with a view of the river. It was terrific waking up to the sun and a view of the river and the bridges of Florence. We will definitely stay here again should we find ourselves in beautiful Florence again. Patricia and David, Toronto Canada

Great location. About a 15-20 min walk to Duomo and neighborhood with cute restaurants and bars. A 12-15 min walk to train station. Rooms were clean and spacious and comfortable. Staff were excellent. Very friendly and helped provide directions and called taxis when needed. Would highly recommend.

There was no tv in the room but we actually appreciated it!!! No issues at all.

Very stylish and comfortable place. Staff very helpful and attentive. A rooftop terrace with city view was an unexpected bonus, really nice! Breakfast excellent! Location marvelous. A bit away from the craziness and crowds but still very close to main attractions.

Would have been nice to have a small fitness area but I understand it is a boutique style hotel so perhaps appropriate not to.

Very clean. Loved the decor. The breakfast area was very cosy and quite a chique design. Loved that it overlooked the river. Really liked it here and was definitely recommend. A bit pricey given that it is not strictly in the centre and no other amenities but it was the perfect area for us (didn’t want to be in the busy part) and it is a lovely and short walk to the centre.

There's nothing we didn't like about this hotel. It is nested in the center of Florence, and it's a walkable distance from all the nice streets there. You will also love the soft jazz music in the breakfast area.

From the moment we arrived till checkout, everything was more than perfect in this beautifully designed hotel. We were warmly received and we didn't even pay until checkout. The room was so beautiful with a small view to the riverside. The room was tidy and super clean, with all the facilities mentioned. What we loved most, is the quietness of the area. If you wish to sleep comfortably, this would be your perfect choice. The breakfast formula was generous and delicious too. By far, it was my best stay in Europe.

It was a little bit far from Santa Maria Novella station. Around 18 min walking distance. Placed on the city center, the streets to get there are quite old and not very carry on friendly. The price was also a bit high but it was completely worth it.

Lack of signage on the bottom floor to the elevator. I didn’t know how to get to the hotel and knocked on someone’s door. He pointed me towards the elevator.
