Nicola was very attentive. Room clean and tidy with all we needed. Good secure parking. Great location but best of all Nicola gave us ideas on where to go, what to see and where to eat. We had a brilliant and authentic meal in restaurant recommended by Nicola.

There are only two plastic cups in the bathroom for brushing teeth, it’ll be great if there’re also some cups for tea and coffee

The location is very convenient - a few minutes by the public transport and more than two grocery stores within 5 minutes! The host is very friendly and answered all my questions during my stay very quickly. Highly recommend for who want to stay in Genova in a quiet but convenient location.

Great location for visiting Genova. Nicola the host was incredibly helpful and welcoming. He helped us making sense of what was worth visiting and gave us some indications of where to find the best food. Free parking is available at the property. We suggest leaving the car at the property and walk into the centre. Both the harbour and historic centre are just a short walk away.

Perfect location for visiting the historical centre of Genoa. Off street parking was a huge bonus. Nichola was super helpful with parking the car and advice - could not ask for any better!

The carpark was full, so they put me in another carpark 5 minutes walking from the accomodation.

It's in a nice location with easy access to city center. All the staff very kind. You still have access to a small shared kitchen with microwave, cutlery, tables, chairs, etc.

Maybe noisy if you have a street room but nothing too bad as the windows are well sound proofed.

A very clean and comfortable stay. Great location close to the old city and port. A residential location which although on the ground floor and a busy ish road nice and quiet if you have a room off the street. It’s not too bad if you have a street room though. Good double glazing! Friendly staff and private parking.

The fact that the bathroom (inside the room) didn’t have a door was a little bit annoying, but other than that everything was really great!

Everything! The location and the fact that the guest house was in a residential area, not in a touristy area near hotels, the Main Street the guest house is on, the big windows, the urban area (kitchen), the fact that guests with cars can park it inside the guest house for free, the kettle inside the room, tiny fridge, TV, private bathroom, …etc. Nicola is also very kind and friendly. He was also nice enough to come pick me up from Piazza Dante when I was lost in the middle of nowhere because of Google’s weird directions! Honestly, I couldn’t have picked a better guest house (or area) to stay in! If I ever come back to Genoa, I’m definitely staying at this guest house again!
