It was a little difficult to keep the balcony inner doors closed, meaning sunlight would enter the apartment early in the morning.

Alba was very accommodating, responsive and provided plenty of amenities. The view from the balcony was amazing and apartment was located in a prime area that was walking distance to everything we did.

There are several keys to get into the apartment - that was a bit daunting at first. Everything else was truly great. The shower is quite small but expected in the city.

Location was great, near city center. Wonderful restaurants steps from the apartment. Many sights to see within walking distance. Taxis are close. The host was fantastic as our flight was late and we arrived very late. There is a lift to help with getting bags up to the room.

Not a problem of Albachiara, but the building lift is crap. Small and impossible to use with a stroller. To make it worse, doors do not close if not handled with care. As a result we have to frequently use the stairs as the lift was stuck with open doors at other floors.

Location is superb for Naples, easy access to main places and attractions. Close to bus stops to move around. Good food nearby to buy take away meals or to go to restaurants or cafes. Very quiet and silent no matter the noise on the street. amazing view from the flat.

Our stay at Albachiara was great! Three of stayed and the accommodations left plenty of room. It has a loft design which was great for separated space, and the view we had from our balcony of the palace square and the ocean were beautiful.

We expected some fresh things in the fridge to prepare the breakfast. But the big grocery store is very close, so that was not the problem.

Charming apartment at the great location with the fantastic view, on the short distance to every part of the city that tourists have to see. Mrs Alba was very kind waited for us after the midnight because of delayed flight on our arrival. Thank you again!

First day wasn't hot water absolutely and others days was ok. In apartment no washing and dishwashing machine ant thats ok for short stays.

Good location. Comfortable for 2 kids and 2 adults. Friendly staff. Quite area. In the house is very good elevator, comfortable for elders and kids.

Maybe the breakfast, and just because it is announced as included - It is, actually, but you will want to build up build up your breakfast with some fresh items along the way.

Location and views, views and location and vice versa. Walking distance to the fancy part of town Chiaia but also short distance to the others, Spanish quarter. Close to the ferries to Capri, Metro Municipio and also to the bus to the Airport last stop. Also the area is not dodgy which brings some peace of mind to the holidays. Altogether with such a magnificent views very little left to ask for more.

The apartment is at 4th floor and the lift most of the time was not working, we pay a turist fee, 60 euro for 4 persons for 5 nights, wich is too high, the ketle was so dirty and full of limescale, we not use it. The breakfast was so poor, just croissant,bruscheta, milk,yoghurt, some gem, but for 4 adults is not enough.A suggestion, better no breakfast at all ! My friends was complainig of the canape ,was not comfortable at all.It is a guest house, nobody gone change your towels during your stay!

The location was the best, the view was spectacular, walking around Naples was easy!

When we arrived, we discovered the elevator was not working. As a result, we had to lug our luggage up 123 steps which was not the best way to start our stay to say the least! The head room in the bathroom is a little low so if you are 6 foot or over be careful! The shower is large enough but on the smaller side. There also is no ledge to put soap or anything. The bed was just so-so comfort wise. The kitchen furniture could have been more comfortable as well.

The view of the Piazza below and Mt. Vesuvius is mesmerizing. It was nice having the separation between the bedroom and living area/kitchen with the loft set up. The host purchased some breakfast items for us which was much appreciated. The air conditioning was decent though I like it very cold which it didn't seem to get, perhaps due to the nature of it being a loft. The location was good, close to shopping and places to eat and a short walk to catch a ferry to the Amalfi coast or Ischia as we did. This was our second stay at this location, with the last being in 2015. We would come back again to Bella Napoli!
