The room was rather cold during the night The pool area needs a little TLC Shower not working around the pool The pool had a lot of insects in it on the second day The pool is rather cold but I liked this

Breakfast was incredible! Everyone was super friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay so much and would recommend it! The villa is absolutely stunning and you can hire bikes to explore the villages and Lucca nearby.

Everything about the property is amazing! The staff are very accommodating and professional. It was my wife’s birthday trip and they made it really special. They suprised her with a very pretty and delicious cake on our birthday dinner. We were blown away by their warmth. They were very attentive and looked after us very well. We cannot thank them enough. The property is very beautiful, very quiet and everything is just perfect. We would definitely visit again! Thank you guys your really made our stay trully unforgettable.

It’s a really beautiful place and not far at all from Lucca. Our room was simple yet had everything you’d need and a very comfortable bed. The staff are so friendly and accommodating. The pool is a fantastic addition. Will be coming back as soon as we can!

I cannot say there was anything we did not like.

Everything was lovely. Peaceful and a feeling of being in an authentically Tuscan refuge. The staff were lovely, extremely friendly and helpful.

Location was a bit restrictive and a car is needed to explore, however there are nice places to eat nearby including La Secca, The Small and the hotel itself.

Great service from all the staff. Fantastic breakfast and plenty of coffee. Two lovely hotel cats to enjoy.

The staff were wonderful, helpful, friendly almost like family. Giulucca and Sarah were super kind and another gal, who, sorry, we did not get her name. The property was gorgeous. Just magical. Will book again and recommend to others.

The staff in the restaurant didn’t really know English.

The hotel a bit old but very special and quiet and unique. The owner is very nice and the breakfast was fine. Ask them to do your omelette with no oil.

This place is amazing! We had booked this our final night to enjoy a pool day after all the walking on our trip to Tuscany. Everything from start to finish was so tranquil and relaxing. The staff are amazing, some of the most friendly people. Rooms were beautiful and bed amazingly comfortable. We’ve already talked about coming back! I also have to mention the restaurant is spectacular, we both agreed it might have been the best meal we’ve ever had. 10/10, must visit if you’re in the Lucca area.

No tea and coffee in the room if we really wanted to be picky.
