It was very noisy, especially when a lot of people came back one night very late from a party. They kept talking to each other and knocking on doors, which is not the fault of the hotel, but there was nothing to help dampen the noise.

We had breakfast one of the mornings. It’s was very good. Nice variety. Fruits and vegetables were very fresh.

What a staff! The best hotel staff I have ever seen. We had a small issue because of the photos displayed in our Booking.com reservation showing a desk space in the room and apparently not all rooms have this desk. As we were expecting it (my wife had work to do), we asked them if we could change rooms and they sorted out for us by upgrading our room! They did everything to make our stay be an absolute blast. Reserved restaurants, helped us with all our questions and recommended/reserved a truffle hunt + wine tasting in Tuscany that was the PEAK of our trip. I would not think to stay elsewhere whenever I'm back in Florence. Shoutout to Desiré, Lavinia, and the manager Angela! Thank you for everything! (I'm sorry if I forgot anyone's name)

They offer car parking with valet services for 30 Euro. However, to call back the car, you need to inform them 1 or 1.5 hours ahead due to parking rules.

In the heart of the city, and newly decorated. Also, they just got their 1st michelin key award.

The only negative was the sound insulation. It was a public holiday when we visited (The Liberation Day) and we hardly slept that night because of the noise of the crowds singing and yelling well into the early morning outside. However, we understand it was nothing to do with the hotel itself and was merely coincidental.

This hotel is gorgeous. Located right in the centre of Florence, seconds away from the Duomo and all the restaurants. The room was well appointed, spacious and very comfortable, with a large bathroom. The service was impeccable.

The rooms were styled perfectly with a unique twist that was unlike any other on our trip. Beautiful hotel and the staff were incredible with their restaurant recommendations. Beautiful hotel, our room was gorgeous. Nicest place we stayed on our Italy trip. Everyone working there was super nice and helpful. For being in the middle of the busy part of town it was relatively quiet. Clean rooms and turn down service everyday.

We had 2 nights in Florence during our trip in Italy. The stay in this hotel was great, we enjoyed it very much. The room is very fancy, with good style and design. The team was always very helpful, nice and welcoming. The rooftop is great, with pleasant atmosphere and great food. We also enjoyed the diner in the hotel’s restaurant.

It’s worth noting that the temperature inside the rooms is not customisable so it tends to get warmer in the evening but I was informed that it was due to the regulations in florence.
