Well connected (subway around the corner) and many good places in walking distance. Residential area with good food options and not crawling with tourists. Room was clean and had a good size. Very good quality mattress. Host is very flexible and accommodating.

Based on the tight space of the room, perhaps consider to have a folding chair for putting the suitcase on knee height level. It will make pack and unpack easier, also avoid travellers to put the suitcase on the bed for hygienical purposes. Desk is a bit small which is occupied by most of the tea tray, perhaps add a shelf on top of the desk. Will be perfect to have a coin laundry machine in the unit that will save time for hand washing.

Situated in a nice and quiet neighborhood, feeling safe as a single traveller. Very close to subway and bus stops, make it easy to access to all historical sites. Owner Andrea answered my message very quickly. Room is kept clean everyday during my 5 days stay.

Excellent location, a lot of attractions a short walk away or via the metro a few steps from the main entrance. The reception staff were very welcoming and friendly, lot of useful tips about getting about in Rome and good value excellent places to eat. We would defiantly love to go back and would stay at the same hotel. Thanks guys for a most enjoyable stay. This followed an awful experience for a hotel we thought we had booked and had confirmation for from a different travel site. Booking.com were excellent and really helped us out of a potentially disastrous trip.

Location is excellent. It is very close to lepanto station. The place is very clean. Neighborhood is quiet. Shops and some attractions are within walking distance. Andreas in the reception is really nice and welcoming. He will make sure everything is good in your stay.

Location was excellent for my requirements to utilise metro and bus services and get around Rome easily. Walking distance to good quality restaurants and cafe's. Staff were first class and always available to help with great local knowledge. Room was comfortable with Wi Fi and TV working well. Breakfast ticked my requirements adequately . Enjoyed the flexibility to come and go as I pleased .Overall recommend to anyone !

The breakfast included in the price was underwhelming, mainly consisting of a croissant in a packet, carton of orange juice and some bread sticks left in the room on a tray when the room was cleaned during the previous day.

The location was excellent and was about a 15 minute walk from the Castel Sant'Angelo and about 25 minutes to the Vatican. The reception was not manned but I was in contact with the owners who met me as I arrived, gave me my keys and talked me through everything I needed to know. For a single bed it was large and comfortable, while the bathroom facilities was everything I needed and more.

We had a lovely friendly greeting, even after a delayed flight. Room was spacious and well appointed with everything we needed including a fridge. Lovely comfy bed and a perfect little breakfast to set us up for the day.

It is not possible to open a Window. No fresh air. There is air-conditioning.

Room is quiet and clean. Good shower... Guesthouse is in a good location. You can walk to the City or take a bus or Metro Cappuccino taste great!...

room is a bit on the noisier side but I guess that just comes with the evening lifestyle of Italians :) also, a small minus is that there isn't any common bathroom at the property, just own bathroom inside the room, but the staff was again very nice to let us use it even before our check-in, so I could change our baby's diaper ...

stuff! always replied very quickly to all messages, accommodated all our needs, with regards to leaving luggage before and after check-in, recommended some great places nearby to eat in, provided us with some bottled water and a bit bigger breakfast as they saw we had a toddler with us :) also got a nice bottle of wine on our last night in! :) they were indeed amazing! highly recommend this place, especially because of them! but the location is also great, a few steps from the metro stop, a lively neighborhood, and very close to Vatican city. and to have all that for such a reasonable price, it was just a great choice.
