The location is wonderful, quite and natural around so feeling relax, upgrade the garden room is big and comfy close to swimming pool outdoor. Indoor swimming pool, sauna and spa room, gym room are so great! Breakfast and dinner are not special but good!

The only think that was not good is the GYM it is really too small and there are missing dumbbells from the rack. Also, they don’t have a bench so you can workout with.

We booked the penthouse suite with private pool and sauna for two nights. it was really amazing we enjoyed every minute we spent there. The owners and staff were extremely. The food was delicious! I will definitely come back.

the location and they ask us to leave the room even i had mentioned i may stay more they should ask at night not in the morning where we were not ready and do not have any other reservations and even though they we harrying up us to leave within giving time to packing our stuff

The fact that you were asked several times if you were having food at the restaurant for dinner. I also didn't like the fact that I requested an Iron and was told I had to bring my garment downstairs for ironing for a fee. I am very particular with my clothing. This meant that I had to wear a different outfit as I was not prepared to entrust my garment to the staff . There was an incident where I bought a Prosecco from the shop and shaped it for the one at the bar as it was cold. I was charged the bar price which as triple the price of the gift shop. My bill was sorted out after 3 requests. I think the staff need more training on pricing as each time you asked for the prices, the member of staff would have to revert to another colleague and then another. The room I stayed in was dated and needs updating. Hot water ran out one morning resulting in me having a cold shower on a cold day.

The breakfast was superb. I really enjoyed it. The staff were really friendly and attentive. The bar staff were really good especially the elderly gentleman. The restaurant, bar area and gift shop were outstanding. The nice touch of the little pot of honey was lovely.

Our junior suite at the old building (where the reception is located) is not reflecting at all a 5 star category hotel. The view is very limited, the shower plus the furniture are old and far away from state of the art. I am very surprised that this hotel is listed as a 5 star hotel at booking.com while at the hotel webpage and hotel letterhead it states 4 star level - which I think is appropriate. A note to the Booking.com people: your listing as a 5 star hotel is misleading and simply not correct. You must correct that in particular given the top notch 5 star level pricing. Bottom line: the hotel is a good 4 star hotel but the price level is clearly not in any relation to the value delivered. We would never go there again at this price level. I am fine in paying for a true 5 star hotel category but this hotel is not worth that price level. It is a 4 star hotel, see pic from the floor

The garden area with the outdoor pool is nice and relaxing and truly represents a 5 star category hotel. The breakfast is delicious, too

Everything. The pleas is awful

Nothing we were treated awfully. We were put in the worst room it was like a basement with no light at all. When we asked for another room we were rudely told that was all they had. When we said we would have to leave because of it no one cared and they charged us the full price plus tax on days we didn’t even stay for. We left after one night. Worst experience I’ve ever had in a hotel
