One minor issue for me was the vases of lilies throughout the hotel reception and dining room. I'm highly allergic and it was unpleasant for me.

The low power of hairdryer, it took a lot of time to dry the hair. Unfortunately, there were some repair works across the street, so when sitting in the garden, there was some noise. Anyway I took my breakfast in the garden and it didn't bother me.

The hotel's location was perfect, within walking distance to railway station, central market, and the key tourist spots. The Arno River was just around the corner from the hotel, so it was perfect to walk alongside the city center. The room was big and very clean, comfortable bed, breakfast with a rather good variety of food. There also was a small garden, where it was pleasant to take a breakfast.

This clean, modern facility has everything. Modern comfort and very friendly and nice staff. Excellent breakfast. Location is not too far from the Center though away from the crowds. Proximity to the city trams helps access the rail station easily. Wonderful "deli" sandwiches can be made to order a block away, at Fantasie Gastronomique.

Very good hotel, deserves a good review. The room is big and modern. Breakfast was unexpectedly delicious! They had everything, like eggs, fruits, pastry, etc. Try their breakfast and you won’t regret. The location is also super convenient. There is a small bus that will get you to Duomo in 15 min. Or you can walk 30 min. The neighborhood is perfect, clean and safe.

Love the outdoor garden and ability to sit outside. Near the Arno river. Great for strolling. Outstanding breakfast every day, friendly staff. Clean sheets. Clean rooms. Stunning 29 ft ceilings. No one is forcing me to say this! 20 min walk to historical sights. Highly recommend.

Friendly and informative staff. Good sized room. Excellent breakfast and again helpful staff. 20 minute walk along the river bank to centre of Florence which was pleasant. Hotel located in a quiet part of town close to American Embassy. Our whole stay was most enjoyable and I would recommend this hotel without hesitation.

There was a construction site next to the hotel, bit noisy and dust. Also, the parking is bit complicated near the hotel, but they offer a garage to park with valet (bit expensive)

Beautiful hotel in a great location. 15 to 20 minutes stroll along the river to Ponte Vecchio. Room was lovely, very quiet and very clean. Reception very helpful and breakfast was lovely - plenty of choice. A perfect base in a perfect City. We stayed for 5 nights and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a quiet place to stay just along the river from the centre.
