This hotel was in the perfect location for our 2 days in Florence! The staff was incredibly sweet and super helpful with whatever we needed. The room was nice, small, clean and had everything we needed!

Not something bad, but the rooms are not too big, perfect for a couple, for bigger family groups is better to have 2 rooms

The location is amazing, just 4 mins walk from the Duomo. The breakfast is great, not buffet but they bring to the table everything you ask. Honestly, the best thing was the great service and assistance from the staff, they are very kind and helpful.

The bell to get in was hard to find! Our taxi driver dropping us off thought the hotel was closed. However we really appreciated the level of security.

Beautiful hotel- loved all the little touches. We didnt need it but the phone for use during the stay was such a great idea. Also loved having use of netflix. We enjoyed the complimentary aperitif. Our room was absolutely stunning- the views were incredible amd the terrace views were something else. Staff were so helpful getting us taxis etc

We got the family room and it’s big. Two large double beds. It’s just down the street from the Duomo and right next to the Galleria Accademia. Across the Hotel is the Pallazo Medici Riccardi. Restaurants are within walking distance. There is a nice bar and a small walled garden for leisure. Rooms are cleaned daily.

This hotel was the best accommodation we stayed in during our honeymoon to Italy. It was a perfect start. The location was so easy and central. The reception staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. They told us tips and places to visit that were amazing and we wouldn’t have found if they didn’t tell us. They really made the start of our trip fantastic and I’d highly recommend anyone visiting Florence to stay there. We will definitely go back!

The rooms were a bit tiny but it’s a boutique hotel so that’s expected.

I loved this little boutique hotel! It was super cute and comfy. We also had a great view of the duomo from our rooms and it was located in center city. We were able to walk to everything.

Breakfast was a mixture of pastries or cheese and ham brought to your table as opposed to helping yourself.

We stayed in 2 rooms over 3 nights. The first 2 nights in a triple. Last night in a double. The last night we heard some noise from what we think was the other room at night. Perfect stay otherwise.

Well decorated, v clean rooms. Complimentary evening aperitifs and drinks. Lovely seating area to relax in. Close to cathedral area. Close to shopping district. Walkable to many sights. Amazing, v helpful and pleasant staff. Supermarket nearby

The pictures on booking are a bit misleading, the hotel is a part od old florence building so it pretty small, and i believe on the entrace it says it has only 3 stars while booking says 4, it was clean but i would say it could be even a little bit cleaner. What we were dissapointed the most is the breakfast, very poor choice.

The stuff was lovely The view from the room is beautiful but maybe not worth the price. Our experience wasnt bad at all but we were expecting a bit more, maybe thats our fault that we didnt do a proper research...

We loved everything about our penthouse suite… our terrace was spectacular the views of the Duomo overlooking city with the bells tolling every hour was perfect! We slept so good at night due to comfortable bed :) the staff was friendly , helpful and informative she even called us a taxi to go back to the train station! We loved our stay and will be returning!❤️

I was blown away by the reception at the hotel. Our room was extraordinary. They provided all accessories in the room and it was a fantastic experience for me and my family. It’s in the center of the city and very close to the dome. If I go to Florence again, Art’e would be my choice to stay.

Since the building is quite old, there was mould in our bathroom. That didn’t bother at all but aesthetically this was not the best. The hotel is located centrally and very close to the Duomo, the downside of which is the bells at 7am. 😂
